Haven’t received- no response from seller. Meant to be a house warming gift, already purchased the frame... pretty disappointing. Edited- after seeing this review seller contacted me, an was apologetic. I was refunded the amount paid and he sent the print. Great customer service after the poor review. We can’t all be perfect all the time and I appreciated the gesture. The prints are very nice, he sent extra ones I’ll pass along to the women’s shelter to help decorate.

I ordered my pillow covers on January 3. It’s January 26 and I still haven’t received my order. The order is still “processing”. I’ve tried to contact the seller but I haven’t gotten a response.

The prints sent to me were defective. I tried to contact the seller several times. Only after I contacted Jane Support and, they helped me with the refund, did the seller contact me. I did get a refund, but it sure was a pain.
Never received the print, it's been over a month!!!
I usually don't answer but it's only been late a week & we shipped them. It sure has not been 2 weeks since you ordered. Of course I'm very aware of the delay and I'm so sorry.
Prints ordered 2 weeks ago, and still haven’t shipped. They were supposed to ship a week ago. I’ve emailed the contact 2x with no response.
I am so sorry that your prints were delayed. We were bowled over by the incredible response we received for this deal - almost 3000 prints sold! We have since doubled our print production capacity so that this issue doesn't happen again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I still have not received my prints even though it said on the order that it would be guaranteed shipped by January 18. When I checked the order it still says “processing. I emailed the seller a few days ago and have not heard anything back. So right now I’ve paid for an order with nothing to show for it. Pretty disappointed :( Update: Kurt saw my review, immediately emailed me, apologized, and took care of the issue. He also included two extra posters in my order for free to make up for it. I was very impressed and thankful for how he handled it and am very pleased with my posters that arrived in the mail today. Excited to have them framed and hung!

The image itself is beautiful and exactly as shown. I was disappointed in the paper quality. I am a teacher and frequently use a poster printer that prints on the same inexpensive paper paper.
Do not order. I purchased as a gift for someone and was going to have them framed. They sent me two of the same ones, even though I ordered two different ones. I have contacted the seller twice and have not received a response. Poor customer service.
