Delivery took a really long time.
Bought this as a present for my best friends and who works at Disney and loves vintage things. Perfect gift.
TERRIBLE SELLER!!! Do NOT purchase from them!!! I ordered pillow covers on Dec 5, 2017 (it is now January 23, 2018) and my order still says “processing”...in other words, my order has not shipped, but because they marked it as “processing”, I cannot cancel the order through Jane. I have contacted the seller twice, and they have not responded to my emails about when they plan on shipping. Their shipping policy says they usually ship within 7 days of purchase, and here I am almost 8 WEEKS later and NOTHING. Not even an email response. I now have to go through the hassle of contacting my credit card to dispute the charges.
We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. Unfortunately we had problems with the quality of the pillow covers we received from our supplier that had to be rectified. We have changed to a new supplier and our pillow cases are simply gorgeous now. We advised all of our customers regarding this delay. I am sorry to hear that our emails must not have gotten through to you, sometimes they inadvertently get sent to your spam folder. As far as receiving a refund, we offer all of our customers a full refund at any point in the ordering process if they are unhappy. I believe you might have misread the terms and conditions on Jane.
