Update:The seller contacted me today, told me they would ship today via the quickest method possible and approved a full refund. I would say that is pretty good customer service to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order. It hasn't even shipped. I placed my order on Jan 11th. The order was due to ship by Jan. 17th. I have reached out to the seller with no response. I have sought assistance through Jane and they contacted the seller as well but there still has not been a response from the seller. I wish I had read the reviews on this seller prior to placing my order. I order often through Jane and this is the first time that I have had an issue with a seller. I guess I just trusted toooooo much. I've learned my lesson. Won't be ordering from this seller going forward and I will be sure to look at reviews on all sellers before I ever order something in the future. I would really like to have these if they are mailed as presented in the pictures but so many people that did end up with them have stated that they are on pink paper......clearly not as advertised. I'll give it a few more days and then I just want my money back. I'll go buy something else for the intended purpose.
Hello - Your order has definitely shipped. I am so sorry that your prints were delayed. We were bowled over by the incredible response we received for this deal - almost 3000 prints sold! We have since doubled our print production capacity so that this issue doesn't happen again. In regards to the pink prints, unfortunately we had a faulty batch of ink that did give some of the prints a pink hue and we discovered the issue too late after some orders had already shipped. Item never shipped/received. Requesting refund.
I contacted the seller to ask why shipping was taking so long. They never responded, so I emailed Jane support that I wanted to cancel the order. They replied and CC'd the seller, and lo and behold, my items were sent the next day. After I asked to cancel them. I placed another order with the same seller the same day, and the prints were shipped immediately, but they weren't the ones I wanted. The seller never responded to my request to return or exchange. So, out of two orders, one was fulfilled wrong and one was fulfilled late, and none of my three emails were answered. I've never had a problem with a Jane seller before ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Obviously I'm never buying from this seller again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The prints came and are pink. Baby pink, to be exact. One of them is also very blurry, as if they copied an image and then enlarged the photo before printing it. Also, I've now been trying to be refunded for a week and there is no way to contact the seller and Jane seems to be very slow to do anything. This is probably the first and last time I shop here.
