I ordered product on January 14, 2018. Jan. 16th I received an email with a tracking #, BUT it’s only Pre-Shipment “January 16, 2018 at 1:38 am Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA 22902.” As of today, January 29th, this has yet to ship from Charlottesville, VA. I have NOT been contacted by the seller explaining WHY this hasn’t shipped out, even though it’s advertised that it will ship within 6 days. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving. 😔

Placed my order on 1/1/18. Stated it would ship in 6 days. Today is 1/29/18 and have not received items. Contacted seller and no response. Curiously after sending the email a shipping label was created but nothing has shipped. Hoping to get my items before I call my cc company and stop payment. Awful business! will not order again. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. So many complaints!

I still have not recieved this product and my email inquiring about it' whereabouts has not been returned. I ordered 3 prints, too!

I didn’t even receive my package. It was delivered to my front porch and then the neighborhood dogs took off with it before I got home. :(

I cannot review this item, because I have not received the item. Should the item arrive, I will be happy to update my review.

I really wanted to love these but... The prints were not packaged well so they subsequently bent in transit. Also, the background color is not neutral as the picture suggests, it is pink. Not sure if I'm going to pay to have them framed at this point. Not at all what I expected or wanted. Shipping was fast, the prints are beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Guess you get what you pay for.

I would really like to give no stars to this seller or product because I've never received my order that was placed in early December of 2017. Even after contacting the seller and getting no response back whatsoever. Bad business all around.

I order this on 17th of December, 2017 and was est. to ship 12-26-2017. Still have not received my order and have contacted the seller by email and no response. The money has even been taken out of my account for payment.

Not real impressed...

Less than impressed by the paper it is printed on...When I took it out the tube it had a wrinkled area that almost looks like someone stepped on it, but the shipping tube was fine. It had to have happened before it was shipped since I noticed it first thing when I unrolled it. I have emailed the company about it, so we will see what they have to say?? Hopefully I’ll get the pillow cases I ordered from them at some point being that they were supposed to have shipped last week and they’re still “processing”... Update: I’ve already gotten a reply back and they are shipping me a replacement for the damaged map poster. He also replied that the pillow case will ship tomorrow. Hope all goes as planned ... Update#2: Well it was too good to be true...no surprise there! I NEVER rec’d a replacement poster that was “being was sent out the next AM” and the pillow case that I also inquired about since it had been almost a month since i ordered it at that point, arrived 2 wks later AFTER I had asked to be refunded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! Im surprised Jane.com is still allowing them on their site, but buyer beware!!

I ordered 2 of these weeks ago and still have not received them. I emailed them and they said they would overnight it. Still haven’t received them.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Still have not received. Shipping label created over a week ago and still nothing. Contacted shipper - nothing still. However, they had no problem taking my money.

My item was supposed to ship over a week ago. The payment has been deducted from my account and I've contacted the seller but I have received no response. Will not order again.
