Perfect for what I needed!
Print came with pink paper, inquired to seller the reason for it not being as shown and did not receive a response. Does not fit in the color scheme due to pink paper. Bummer
Hello - I am so sorry to hear that your print was not perfect. Unfortunately we had a faulty batch of ink that did give some of the prints a pink hue and we discovered the issue too late after some orders had already shipped. I have made note of your order number and we will ship out new print to you today. So sorry for the inconvenience!
Item has not shipped although it said it would ship a little over a week ago. I have sent 2 emails with no response. I attempted to contact on Facebook but the Facebook hasn’t been maintained for several months. I saw many say if they left a bad review their items would ship. I’m hoping this is the case. It concerns me that many others have mentioned similar issues, and more alarmingly, the responses from the seller are not professional. Hoping for a resolution soon.
Hello - I was just wondering how our responses are unprofessional if we never responded to your emails, I myself had been dealing with some family health issues and this caused some delays in the last 2 weeks and we are working day and night, weekends to get back to normal by this weekend. We will have all our orders shipped by this weekend, no worries. Facebook isn't a communication portal, at the end of the day we are sending several hundreds of orders everyday, what if everyone expects us to answer their Facebook messages. Normally for any purchase you make on Jane.com, you can send an email to support team, sometimes if the seller is not receiving your email, Jane support team reaches the seller and they are amazing at what they do. Thanks !
Never came, I messaged the seller a week after the estimated ship date and they never responded to emails. Got a refund by Jane. *update* I still got them about a month after I got a refund from Jane. Still never got a response from seller though.

I have not received these yet. They were supposed to be shipped on January 22. It’s January 30 and they are still processing and haven’t been shipped yet. I emailed the company and asked them to cancel my order and I have not received any sort of response. I needed the pillows for a home staging project for February 2. Obviously that won’t work, so I had to scramble and come up with something different.
Still waiting. Website has said “order processing” since Jan 22nd
Have yet to receive my items. They were supposed to ship 8 days ago. No updates available.
I ordered three different prints from this seller. The shipment took almost a month to even be shipped from them and the prints look nothing like the advertised picture. The paper is nothing more than cardstock and the tint is light pink. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend you waste your money!!
Hello - We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience ordering from us. We were caught unaware with the popularity of this deal and as such orders took one week longer to fulfill than promise - we have added new printers to make sure this doesn't happen again. In regards to your comments regarding the paper/print quality - we discovered this issue for a small percentage of our customers after their orders had already shipped and had no way of identifying who was affected. We have subsequently upgraded the paper quality and moved to a different kind of ink to ensure that no further problems arise. We are reshipping your order today. I ordered the item on January 11th. A week later I emailed them asking about it and they told me it would ship out the next day January 19th. I got an email last week telling me it would ship out and it just shipped today on January 29th. I don't mind waiting for an item when given a reason to wait. When I inquired about the delay the first time I was told USPS hadn't scanned out several packages and then an email from the company the next week said they didn't have the paper needed for the item. If I had been told that from the beginning it wouldn't even be an issue. Please be more honest with your customers.
