Ordered two covers over a month ago. Estimated ship date was a week later and the shipping label wasn't even created until 2 and a half weeks after that. It's been over a week since the label was created but it still hasn't been shipped. I contacted the seller just to check in and never got a response. I know sometimes it takes a while to ship and that's fine but not responding was where I drew the line. Definitely will not be ordering from again.

Well 1st I loved the prints and previous posts said they were on pink-ish paper.... Mine is not ... which I’m glad. It’s more like a brown paper bag color. 2nd I only gave 3 stars because I sent two emails to Kurt asking him when do I expect these prints. He never answered either one. Explained that I ordered Jan on 10th and he never shipped anywhere close to my estimated shipping date. I then went on an explained that I needed to take prints and get them framed(ordered 2 of them) for our office grand opening..... and if he knew when I could maybe expect them so if it wasn’t going to work ,I would move on to plan B. Sent 2 emails and never got a response from either one. I finally did receive the prints on Feb 1st. They did arrive in a nice tube with no winkles or creases and they looked very nice. Now I normally don’t mind a longer wait ... just needed a response so I knew what I could plan on. I became increasing frustrated when I read his responses to previews reviews from folks with the same delivery problem. He was very abrupt and bit rude to other folks. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering since I was on a time crunch but at the same time he could have responded to my emails as well. So if your not in hurry or you don’t need to contact seller you should be fine. The actual products I received are nice.

Not received.

Never got it...I contacted seller last week snd was told there had been a delay but they “had just gotten the pillowcases in and they were gorgeous and I was going to love them”. Well thats great, but where are they? Never again! Update: When it never arrived, I asked for a refund, but ironically it arrived later that week...almost a week after I asked for a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE1

My item never shipped by the expected ship date. I contacted the seller a week ago to cancel my order and have not received a reply.

Ordered on 1/12 and have yet to receive. Contacted the seller and no response.

I wish I had ordered more. These are nice. Big size, and the ties at the end are thick, not thin strings.
