DO NOT purchase these lanterns. I bought 2 for gifts in early November. BOTH arrived damaged, and I sent 5 emails to the vendor, and the Jane.com support team (who are great, by the way) ALSO sent 2 follow-up emails to the vendor....NO RESPONSE! Poor quality, easily scratches, metal easily bends, and the glass arrived shattered on one lantern. Just horrible.

This is beautiful. Looks exactly like the picture and it came quickly. Will definitely be ordering from American Laser Crafts again!

Very cute but needs to be packaged better for shipment. I had the edge cracked or chipped on three of the panes of glass.

Arrived broken can't get seller to respond to take care of problem

I still have Not received one of the boards. UDY. This shows all recieved... Finally we have all of the boards. These boards made awesome gifts. I just wish they had been delivered on time.

Poor quality. Item came to me damaged with the door broken and side damaged. Emailed the seller and still have not heard anything back. I never leave bad review....but this is a Christmas gift and its stressing me out.

Horrible customer service. The glass was broken when I received this and I emailed twice with no response about replacing the panel. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SELLER!!!!
