Arrived broken can't get seller to respond to take care of problem
I still have Not received one of the boards. UDY. This shows all recieved... Finally we have all of the boards. These boards made awesome gifts. I just wish they had been delivered on time.
Poor quality. Item came to me damaged with the door broken and side damaged. Emailed the seller and still have not heard anything back. I never leave bad review....but this is a Christmas gift and its stressing me out.
Horrible customer service. The glass was broken when I received this and I emailed twice with no response about replacing the panel. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SELLER!!!!

TERRIBLE! They shouldn't even get 1 star! I ordered this with the last name being lasered. On the order I spelled the name correctly.. when I received it the name is misspelled and I have tried contacting the company and have not received one email back! I would NEVER buy from them nor would I ever recommend them.

They were gifts. My co-worker seemed to love them.
When I received the item the top of the lantern was bent, the glass was broken and part of the print was left off. So far they have not even responded to emails for a refund.
