Perfect!
TERRIBLE! They shouldn't even get 1 star! I ordered this with the last name being lasered. On the order I spelled the name correctly.. when I received it the name is misspelled and I have tried contacting the company and have not received one email back! I would NEVER buy from them nor would I ever recommend them.

They were gifts. My co-worker seemed to love them.
When I received the item the top of the lantern was bent, the glass was broken and part of the print was left off. So far they have not even responded to emails for a refund.

I love the lanterns, except when ordering at the time of payment it came up "error", so I went back in and ordered and I was charged twice and I emailed the vendor 2 different times with no response. Now I have 2 of the exact same lanterns for a gift and paid for them twice. Do the vendors check the emails? This could have been avoided but the only option I had was to email no phone numbers available
