I have still not received this item:(

The lanterns were purchased in November with a ship date that they did not stick to. I still don't have the lanterns the week of Christmas. It took several emails to receive a response regarding the order. No apology or solution was offered once I finally received an answer. They also don't offer a phone number to speak to someone in person. Very poor customer service.

My order did not come in with all items I asked for. I e-mailed customer service but am still awaiting a reply.

It's perfect! Love it!

It's been three weeks since I've ordered from them. Still have yet to receive it. Impossible to get in contact with.

Much smaller than appears in pictures

I ordered one of these cutting boards the beginning of Dec. And it said that it would ship on the 11th. Well it's the week of Christmas and I haven't gotten it yet and this is supposed to be a Christmas present. They have already taken the money out of my account also. I've emailed them and haven't gotten a response.

I was very happy with the item except for the very noticeable CRACK in the wood!! This was purchased for a wedding gift that I no longer can give due to the damage. Such a let down.
