I ordered these at the end of November with a ship by date of Dec 12. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts that I needed to ship out of town. When they did not ship by dec 12 I contacted the seller on dec 15 but was told they were processing and would ship soon. They did not ship until Dec 21 & did not arrive until Dec 23. This left no time to mail them out of town for Christmas. I never would have ordered them if they weren't supposed to arrive in time for me to get them to my family. Upon arrival they are covered with scratches and one of the three I ordered does not sit flat, it rocks. Which is definitely not safe considering it is intended to hold a candle. 2 of the lanterns have the top handle as shown in the picture the third has the handle sideways so that if it is hung the lettering will be on the side instead of the front. One of them also has a door that doesn't close properly. I have ordered quite a few things from Jane.com with no issue these however were a huge disappointment !
My lantern was supposed to be shipped December 12th It has yet to be shipped. I have contacted the seller six times now since December 12th and haven't heard back. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for newlyweds. I am very displeased with the customer service. I wouldn't order from this company again and I would advise you to not as well.
Love this wine cork holder but it was sent to me very poorly packaged and in turn was damaged. I've tried multiple attempts to contact the seller for an exchange and haven't gotten any response. Very disappointed with this seller!
Still have not received item after it was supposed to ship December 12. After numerous emails it was guaranteed to still be here before Christmas. Shipped Dec.22. Not going to be delivered until December 27th. At this point, I don't really care about the quality of the item. I'm more frustrated with the customer service and company expectations. If there was an issue getting me the item before Christmas, then I would have much rather known and I would have appreciated it if they would have told me on the 14th when we had email conversations. That would have given me plenty of time to get another gift. Now I'm stuck having to find alternative Christmas gifts 2 days before Christmas. Do not purchase from this company. Save yourself the headache.

I ordered one in WHITE as a gift and it came in BLACK. I contacted the seller and got no response. 😕

Item arrived broken. Emailed for a replacement because it was a Christmas gift and still no word 10 days later.
They sent wrong personalization even when correct on the ticket. Contacted multiple times and still have not received a reply, correction, or refund. Will no longer be able to give as intended Christmas gift.

I ordered my lantern on November 30th. It's December 21st and have yet to hear anything, even after contacting the seller. After reading reviews (post-purchase), I am nervous about what my item will look like once it actually gets here. It's supposed to be a Christmas present, but we may be out of luck if it arrives broken like most of the reviews say (let alone if it even arrives at all). I am not impressed thus far with the seller, I will not be doing business with them again, and I don't think that after so many horrible reviews Jane should be promoting them either.
Not crazy about the quality. Metal seems dinky to me, personally. Giving as a Christmas gift and I wish there was a little more weight to it, especially for the price.
love the coasters, I think a container would make them even better and people would pay a higher price
