Still have not received this item. Contacted seller a week ago, who said it would ship soon yet it still has not.

We have not received yet and have waited over a month for it...can you check the situation out? I did write them yesterday but have not heard back.

This was exactly what I was hoping for.

Ordered Dec.3rd for Christmas and they said the order would ship on the 12th. Today is the 20th and they still haven't even been shipped.

The order form did not have enough characters to submit information as shown on the picture, emails submitted were not responded, had to look up phone number from Better Business Bureau because phone number was not on website, no return message, online chat was not operational due to holiday rush. Needless to say customer service was non-existing and product did not come out as I wanted. Disappointed!

Ordered on December 3 and as of December 20 I still haven't received it. It was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Hopefully it's worth the wait.

Never received it. Emailed and never got a response.

Not very pleased with this. Actually ORDERED in the middle of November and have yet to receive it OR hear anything from the company. It's supposed to be a Christmas gift and I have no idea if I'm actually going to be receiving it or not???? Haven't gotten any responses to my emails either. Really NEED by Christmas!

I haven't received my order yet. I ordered two Lanterns on November 28th, and received an estimated ship date of December 12th. Thus far I haven't received any updates on the order. I've emailed American Laser Crafts twice, and tried their "Chat" feature that other reviews suggested, with no response. So far I'm not impressed, nor do I believe I have any chance of receiving my gifts prior to the Holiday. I will update my review once the gifts are received... ***UPDATE**** - I received the Lanterns right before Christmas. It was perfect timing and I greatly appreciate the hard work by American Laser Crafts to get them to me in time. Both of my Aunts loved them! I will be ordering more personalized gifts from American Laser Crafts in the future! Thank you!
