Placed the order on December 18 & it arrived in my mailbox on December 24 short one hot pad. Merry Christmas.👎🏻 Spent my Christmas morning sending emails to the seller- hopefully I will hear something back tomorrow. Unfortunately I'm short a hot pad when giving a gift this morning

Not happy with the company. I order this one last nov 27 th but hasn't get the package yet. It hurt the Christmas present. Never order the company.

DO NOT BUY FROM AMERICAN LASER CRAFTS! I ordered this lantern on 12/1 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It was estimated to ship on 12/12. By 12/16, still no shipment. I emailed the seller, who once again guaranteed me Christmas delivery. Tracking information was available on 12/17, but only said "pre-shipment" meaning a label has been created but the package has not been delivered to the post office. The tracking number has said "pre-shipment" for a week now and I still don't have my item. I have emailed the seller twice more, with no reply. I guess the sellers have my $30 and my family members don't have their gift. I wonder how many customers they treated this way, making $30 each time? Edited to add: This company did end up making things right AFTER repeated attempts to contact them and TWO interactions with jane.com. Although I did eventually receive the item (in mid-January, when I ordered on 12/1 and was promised delivery in time for Christmas), I received NO CONTACT (shipping confirmation, tracking number, etc.) after a single email from them letting me know they would recreate my piece and send it out. I added one star since I did receive the item, but I still would not recommend buying from this company.

Was supposed to ship December 13 still haven't received it. No response from company. No shipment notification. Was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Will not buy from this company again.

Well I might try to send it back. It came with The Kelsey's on it and all wanted was Kelsey. On the paper included it just reads Kelsey.

Ordered Nov. 29. It is now Dec. 24 and it has not arrived. It was supposed to ship Dec 10, but never did. I have emailed the seller three times requesting an update, but have never heard back. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointed.

The item was shipped 11 days later than it was supposed to ship. I had to contact the seller numerous times and I requested a refund but the item was shipped anyway. I will never order from them again.

I ordered these at the end of November with a ship by date of Dec 12. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts that I needed to ship out of town. When they did not ship by dec 12 I contacted the seller on dec 15 but was told they were processing and would ship soon. They did not ship until Dec 21 & did not arrive until Dec 23. This left no time to mail them out of town for Christmas. I never would have ordered them if they weren't supposed to arrive in time for me to get them to my family. Upon arrival they are covered with scratches and one of the three I ordered does not sit flat, it rocks. Which is definitely not safe considering it is intended to hold a candle. 2 of the lanterns have the top handle as shown in the picture the third has the handle sideways so that if it is hung the lettering will be on the side instead of the front. One of them also has a door that doesn't close properly. I have ordered quite a few things from Jane.com with no issue these however were a huge disappointment !

My lantern was supposed to be shipped December 12th It has yet to be shipped. I have contacted the seller six times now since December 12th and haven't heard back. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for newlyweds. I am very displeased with the customer service. I wouldn't order from this company again and I would advise you to not as well.

Love this wine cork holder but it was sent to me very poorly packaged and in turn was damaged. I've tried multiple attempts to contact the seller for an exchange and haven't gotten any response. Very disappointed with this seller!

Still have not received item after it was supposed to ship December 12. After numerous emails it was guaranteed to still be here before Christmas. Shipped Dec.22. Not going to be delivered until December 27th. At this point, I don't really care about the quality of the item. I'm more frustrated with the customer service and company expectations. If there was an issue getting me the item before Christmas, then I would have much rather known and I would have appreciated it if they would have told me on the 14th when we had email conversations. That would have given me plenty of time to get another gift. Now I'm stuck having to find alternative Christmas gifts 2 days before Christmas. Do not purchase from this company. Save yourself the headache.

Bought as a gift, my son loves it!
