Never sent...Was supposed to be sent by 12/12, 12/22 still nothing and no shipping confirmation. Emailed the seller asking for status, the "response" was a shipping confirmation over a day later...too late for Christmas. They never did directly respond to my request for info. Not ok.

This lantern was cheaply made! It is so warped it won't sit straight! The monogram is off center and peeling off! It takes forever for them to get back to you to return product! It's been weeks! Not a good deal!

I got this in the mail and the box was punctured and the lantern was broken. I emailed American Laser Crafts and he said he needed pictures I sent pictures and haven't heard from him since, it has been about a month. So much for giving it as a Christmas gift!

ZERO STARS Upon receiving and opening the box, I found the glass broken inside. This was a couple of weeks ago. I have emailed both Jane and American Laser Crafts asking for the glass to be replaced. Neither company will even reply to my emails. Very disappointed.
