Ordered on 11-28-19 and now it’s 11-23-18 and I’m still waiting....with no backup for this present.

Great customer service from Qualtry!! I left a name off of the pillow cover I ordered for a Christmas gift , my own fault, but they fixed it for me, no question asked. Item is perfect! Great gift!!

I ordered 2 stockings the stocking for my son says chase, the stocking for my daughter says aspen on one side and Ava on the other side totally screwed up in the manufacturing process! I emailed the company and sent them a picture I didn’t even get an apology.....

Exactly what description was. Names put how I requested and good quality.

I thought it was going to be a full size cutting board. I think it should be labeled mini cutting board. The size of the board was in the very bottom of the page.

Pillow arrived fast and the quality is excellent, however, the opening to the pillow is very small and if you don’t really take your time, you’ll bust the zipper open trying to get a pillow insert inserted.

Love this pillow cant wait to give to my mom for Christmas!

The pillow did not ship. I contacted seller but they did not return my email. Still waiting a response after weeks.

Lantern is nice! light & thin material-everything spelled according to my specifications. Ordered dark one for a wedding gift. Only issue is some of the paint is chipped off the latch in front, which is unfortunately quite visible.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift on 11/28. It is now 12/22 and I have not yet received it. I emailed the company on 12/19 and have not gotten a response.

I'm giving these coasters a 3 because the item description says "coasters" (plural), so I assumed it would be a set of 2. However, when I opened the package there was only 1. Who orders 1 coaster? The quality and design rate a 5, but the advertising for the item is misleading.
