Product itself is great! Unfortunately, it took about a month to arrive.
I have not received this product yet. It says I should have received it on December 11th.
The pillow is absolutely adorable. I am so happy that I decided to order one!

I will start by saying that I do not typically leave reviews. I have honestly never left a bad review. However, there's a first time for everything. I ordered the lantern November 27th. The lantern was shipped as expected but was lost in shipping for a week. With Christmas quickly approaching, I contacted qualtry to see if they had further information on the package. This company does not have a phone line for customer service; only email. After no reply on my email after a few days, I contacted jane.com. They contacted qualtry. I also filled out the contact form on their website after a couple of days. Three emails were sent with no reply. On Tuesday, December 18, I was prepared to call my credit card company when the package magically arrived. The quality of the item is okay but the lack of customer service I have received in regards to both this order and another order (which my emails were never responded to) will prevent me from ordering from them again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first bad customer service experience but will not do so again. It was not a smooth, enjoyable process. Unfortunately, if you want a headache getting the Christmas gifts you have ordered, order from this company.

I noticed right after I ordered this item that the font and style I had chosen was not the one on the order. I immediately sent an email to the company, gave them my order number and asked them to please change it for me. I heard nothing back and was shipped my item with the wrong font and style.

Arrived broken. Fragile was not written anywhere on package. No way to get a hold of their customer service and they still haven’t responded. This was a Christmas present, but no hope for that. Just want to get my money refunded and they keep asking me to send pictures. Sent them twice. Will never order from them again.
These are beautiful and I think our neighbor will love them!
