If I could leave no starts I would, I have contacted this company multiple times for an item that was supposed to ship by the 13th. I ordered it almost a month before Christmas & it has yet to arrive! I am very disappointed & will make sure I never order from here again

These are great! Arrived in a timely manner and was everything I thought they would be. I wished I would have ordered more.

Very disappointed with this seller. Ordered on November 30th, was suppose to ship by the 13 th of December. I’ve emailed, left messages on a bogus answering service. The money was taken out of my account before item even shipped. Finally just received a message that they will look into. They need better customer service if they stay on Jane. Com. I would not recommend them at all. I just want my money back at this point. Ps. Got order today after all the contacting. Satisfied with order just wish the customer service here was a priority.

I ordered 4 red stockings and received 3 red and 1 off white. I’ve emailed the company and haven’t heard back. Which really frustrates me since these are for Christmas and Christmas is in just a few days. I’ve ordered from qualtry many times over the years and they have always been amazing! So i hope we can clear this and I will receive the one that I ordered before Christmas.

They are just ok. The are on the smaller side so will be hard to get things stuffed in. And one came in the wrong style then what I ordered. Poo.

I love how these mugs turned out. I have ordered multiple items from Qualtry and they have always been on point. My kids love hot chocolate and will be so excited to get these for Christmas

This is just the cover as it states and not the pillow. I ordered one for my mom for Christmas and it turned out great! I had a pillow at my house that fit it perfectly, just unzipped it and stuck it in the case.

Ordered on 11-27-18, with THEIR advertising ships no later than 12-11-18--as of today 12-20-2018 have not received them and all emails to company go to outer space with no response whatsoever!! Poorly ran business for sure, I will give them one more day, if still no show, I am requesting paypal refund!!! I would not suggest placing an order with this company
