Beautiful lantern! Exactly how it was ordered, and packaged very well.

The actual product is fine...but the waiting for almost a month is ridiculous.

I ordered this November 30 and never had any updates or responses from customer service when requesting an eta. It said at purchase that it would ship by Dec 13 and I just got it today, Dec 21. I was super excited to get it and when I opened the pillow cover I realized it was not mine! It is personalized for someone else in NC as the person it is for is in IL. Now I don’t have enough time to return or exchange as this is a Christmas gift. So glad I ordered another gift from a different shop also! Now I have to attempt a return and I’ve read from previous reviews that they never respond! Big waste of money!!

Wrong and wont reply

I did have a problem with getting the item on time, but when I did receive it I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Plus love the personalzation.

I never received it and Qualtry is not responding at all, so I need to purchase a new gift before Christmas.

I still haven't received these. I have emailed seller three times and have yet to receive a response.

You charged my card on Nov 28th and I have not received my order. I have emailed you 3 times and no one has emailed me back. Send me my order or credit my card.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This was supposed to ship on Dec 13 - it's Dec 21st and it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted the shipper with now response. This is a Christmas gift. Extremely disappointed. Jane should hold their sellers accountable.

If I could leave no starts I would, I have contacted this company multiple times for an item that was supposed to ship by the 13th. I ordered it almost a month before Christmas & it has yet to arrive! I am very disappointed & will make sure I never order from here again

These are great! Arrived in a timely manner and was everything I thought they would be. I wished I would have ordered more.

Very disappointed with this seller. Ordered on November 30th, was suppose to ship by the 13 th of December. I’ve emailed, left messages on a bogus answering service. The money was taken out of my account before item even shipped. Finally just received a message that they will look into. They need better customer service if they stay on Jane. Com. I would not recommend them at all. I just want my money back at this point. Ps. Got order today after all the contacting. Satisfied with order just wish the customer service here was a priority.

I ordered 4 red stockings and received 3 red and 1 off white. I’ve emailed the company and haven’t heard back. Which really frustrates me since these are for Christmas and Christmas is in just a few days. I’ve ordered from qualtry many times over the years and they have always been amazing! So i hope we can clear this and I will receive the one that I ordered before Christmas.

They are just ok. The are on the smaller side so will be hard to get things stuffed in. And one came in the wrong style then what I ordered. Poo.
