Just okay.
Overall the quality is nice, however, it was a little misleading on what I thought were my options to personalize.. the options for personalization give you multiple lines to fill in and where I left N/A on the lines that didn’t apply for the option I chose, apparently I was wrong thinking I had 3 lines to personalize. Maybe I didn’t read clear enough but also don’t think the directions on what each individual design requires is not clearly defined. & just for a timeframe reference, the item took about 6 weeks to get delivered.
I would never order from this company again !! The wood of the hammer has big gouges in it and chunks of wood missing. I'm so embarassed by the horrible quality, I won't be giving it as a Christmas gift as I had intended.

I love the pillow and the names,but the zipper is too short to get a pillow insert in. I had to use stuffing.
Like the item, BUT it took 26 days and 1 inquiry from date of order to receive it.

I too ordered a pillow case on Nov 28 for a Christmas gift. Site indicated would ship by Dec 13. Since Dec13, USPS site indicated still waiting for package. I emailed Qualtry on Dec 18 with no response to date. I contacted Jane, who also contacted Qualtry and STILL no response. Will be requesting a refund. Very disappointed with this shop.
I ordered 3 pillow covers. All 3 pillows are messes up. The city and my last name are spelled incorrectly. I double checked my and my husband double checked behind me before I submitted. I really liked the cases, but they are useless.

Ordered the end of November and was supposed to ship the first week of December. Continued to get shipping date delayed. Finally got a tracking number and 12 days later the tracking number still said that USPS was awaiting the package. The seller would not respond until Jane.com emailed them. Once they responded they provided me with the same shipping information as days before. Luckily Jane.com was helpful and refunded my money. Wouldn’t purchase from this company again!
