Company fixed my order and I am pleased now!
These coasters are cute, and of nice quality, however, I ordered them on December 4th, and just received them on the 26th. These were Christmas gifts that never made it to the recipients.
I ordered 3 pillow covers for grandmas for Christmas and all 3 grandmas loved them. Shipping was fast, material was good and sturdy, and there were no mistakes on the names. My only issue was the zipper opening. It was hard to get the pillow in the case because the opening for the zipper doesn’t go across the entire bottom seam. Other than that, it is a great product!
Order was received as described & accurate. Very nice!
I received the wrong one, the incorrect writing. It was an christmas gift. I sent an email and haven't recieved an response.
This pillow cover wasn't supposed to even ship until December 24th, and I received it a WEEK before Christmas! My sister loved it!
No the item did not meet my expectations - it would have been the perfect gift for my husband’s grandmother had it included ALL of the names I included in my order (only 13). I even double checked my order submission - yep all names were there....yet not in the pillow. HUGE disappointment.

I ordered this on November 30th and it did not arrive until December 26th. I send a dozen emails asking why my order hadn't been shipped/when was it going to be shipped. I have not recieved a single reply. On top of the order taking over a month to arrive, the item its self is not correct! There were supposed to be 4 lines of words, (yes, I double checked to make sure it wasn't an error of mine)there were only 3. And one of them has a line through the print, cutting the words in half. After all of this, i have still yet to hear from Qualtry's Customer Service. I only wish i could give less than 1 star.
This pillow cover turned out amazing! I bought it as a gift for my mother-in-law's birthday and I can't wait to give it to her.
My pillows all came incorrectly, I ordered 3 in two separate orders. Spelling was wrong, it was correctly entered on my end, and layout wasn’t as described at all. I emailed Qualtry a couple times about this error. I received one reply after a few days of waiting, before I received my pillows, but haven’t heard back since I emailed letting them know all of the pillows were all incorrect. Extremely disappointed and Christmas gifts were ruined.
The pillow is so pretty. I was a little disappointed in the quality of stitching around the zipper. I actually ripped it putting the pillow in. Very pleased otherwise.
