Love it! It arrived quickly and was just what I was hoping it would be!

I ordered two These are terrible craftsmanship. Haft the letters aren’t Cut out correctly. I’ll be embarrassed to give them as a gift. Will never buy from Jane again. Worse purchase I’ve ever made.

Personalization was wrong. However, they were very willing to refund my money and made every effort to resolve the issue which I really appreciated. I would give them another try if the opportunity presented itself.

Came in pretty quickly. Smaller than it looks but engaving was perfect. The quality isn’t the best but using it for decorative purpose is great and is a very meaningful gift to give. I would order from them again

My order got lost in the mail and customer service was very responsive. When it arrived it was just as pictured and adorable. My only negative thought was a slightly weird smell but throwing in the dryer and steaming the wrinkles out solved that quickly!
