I absolutely love my case and have gotten a lot of compliments on how beautiful it is

I ordered five pillow covers and was very happy with four of them. One was a bit dirty around the edges. While I was happy with the product, I wasn't happy with the time it took for me to receive it. I placed my order on December 5th and didn't receive it until December 24th! Two of those pillows were gifts that needed to be mailed to different states--and needless to say, those gifts didn't get mailed until after Christmas.

This was a perfect gift. It came excatly as described, with our message correctly written. If you are looking for a special gift for someone who is hard to buy for, this is perfect.

I received my items separately, (which wasn’t an issue) but when I received the first package not one but BOTH items were damaged. I emailed the seller and a week later, still no reply. While I do understand that it is the holidays, you did still have customers to take care of. I am still currently waiting on package number two in hopes the other items are not also damaged. On top of it all, there are shipping charges to have the items that THEY damaged, replaced. UPDATE: I have received the other items. One was wrong and they all look terrible. I do not recommend.

Company fixed my order and I am pleased now!

These coasters are cute, and of nice quality, however, I ordered them on December 4th, and just received them on the 26th. These were Christmas gifts that never made it to the recipients.

I ordered 3 pillow covers for grandmas for Christmas and all 3 grandmas loved them. Shipping was fast, material was good and sturdy, and there were no mistakes on the names. My only issue was the zipper opening. It was hard to get the pillow in the case because the opening for the zipper doesn’t go across the entire bottom seam. Other than that, it is a great product!

I received the wrong one, the incorrect writing. It was an christmas gift. I sent an email and haven't recieved an response.

This pillow cover wasn't supposed to even ship until December 24th, and I received it a WEEK before Christmas! My sister loved it!

No the item did not meet my expectations - it would have been the perfect gift for my husband’s grandmother had it included ALL of the names I included in my order (only 13). I even double checked my order submission - yep all names were there....yet not in the pillow. HUGE disappointment.

I ordered this on November 30th and it did not arrive until December 26th. I send a dozen emails asking why my order hadn't been shipped/when was it going to be shipped. I have not recieved a single reply. On top of the order taking over a month to arrive, the item its self is not correct! There were supposed to be 4 lines of words, (yes, I double checked to make sure it wasn't an error of mine)there were only 3. And one of them has a line through the print, cutting the words in half. After all of this, i have still yet to hear from Qualtry's Customer Service. I only wish i could give less than 1 star.

This pillow cover turned out amazing! I bought it as a gift for my mother-in-law's birthday and I can't wait to give it to her.
