Beautiful printing, high quality fabric, fast shipping, gift recipient was pleased!

I havent received my package. I have tried to contact seller 2 times with no response.

These are very cute and my kids love them!

Great quality! Wish they also sold bigger cutting boards. This is more for a small appetizer or cutting lemons/limes.

Only one glove is monogrammed. After receiving the gloves, I came back to this site to see if they were meant to be monogrammed on only one glove. It appears that the not-monogrammed glove is supposed to have some kind of emblem on it in place of the monogram, but that emblem in real life is just a tiny little tag. These gloves look nothing like the photos. The monogram print is much smaller than how it's portrayed in the advertising. Also, the letters are faceds toward you (toward your wrist) instead of facing out (toward your fingertips). Finally, I tried to contact their customer support via email ([email protected]). It took several emails to get an initial answer and several more emails to get a reply to my response.

Although the cutting board was mostly nice when received, there was a chip of bamboo missing from where the handle was cut out. Also,no where on the ordering page indicated an extended period of time it would take to ship until after the order was placed. Even at that, it did not ship when it said that it would. I wrote to Jane.com to check on the order and did not receive a response from them since 12/27/18, though the order did ship since that time. Communication seems to be lacking here.

Needed gloves for Christmas, but didn’t get them until New Years Eve. Only 1 glove was monogramed. Monogram faced towards my daughter (her gift) not facing towards anyone looking at her. Just not real pleased.

The cutting board was a smaller than I expected, otherwise very nice. The customer service is exceptional.

Thought both gloves were going to monogrammed and shipment to me was slow.

Quality is great and arrived much quicker than expected.

Very happy with this purchase, bigger than I thought it would be.. wish I had purchased one for me!
