I ordered the art box on nov. 13th and it was personalized wrong. I contacted them and they said they would fix it. 3 weeks later no response, they said it got lost in the mail. I get an email today that says they are starting on my “pillow case” to be fixed. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I’m put a gift now. I asked for a refused since it’s been well over 1 month.
We try to make our customers' shopping experience easy and enjoyable, and we hold our store to a very high standard. In this case, we clearly fell short. I've forwarded your complaint to the store management team as well as our costumer support team. We will do everything we can to make sure this doesn't happen again.
I can’t review the product as it hasn’t arrived yet. I had ordered the stockings November 25th and received confirmation that they should’ve been shipped by 12/10 which they have not. Customer service is only through email and no response from seller. I’ve sent two emails, It says it’s still processing.

I never got the three stocking I ordered. I ordered in November and it provided the estimated shipping date to be dec 10 and I have not had an update on tracking since despite multiple emails to the email provided for Qualtry. They never responded and now want a review. Pretty frustrating and I will be seeking a full refund!

I had some problems with my order of this personalized stocking. It was not delivered when stated. Customer service was great very helpful. The stocking was found and delivered. And it's adorable. Very well made. Great craftsmanship. I am very happy with my purchase!

Still waiting on delivery andI messaged company and still no response on when they are going to be delivered says they were shipped the 10th and now the 18th with no stockings or response .

Lantern received was in multiple broken pieces. The packaging / mailing materials were not great. I reached out immediately and no response.
