My grandsons Christmas gift was supposed to be shipped over a week ago and can not get any response from them at all.

As described, it looks beautiful.

This is the third time I have ordered these and we have been so pleased! My second and third orders were for gifts and they were loved by the recipients! Will absolutely order more if ever needed.

The product itself was great but when I customized it, the form said “last name” so I put my last name assuming it would add the “s” considering all the examples did, however when it arrived it said “The Davie” rather than “The Davie’s”. I was quite disappointed but it’s my fault, just wish they would have looked over the orders before making and contacted me if there was a question.

I never received this item!

I ordered this item on November 25th. I was estimated to ship by 11 December. I was good with that but expected it to ship by now. I have sent 2 emails requested a status update as it is a Christmas present. It is now the 19th of December and I haven't heard anything back from the company. Since they have responded to my emails, I figured maybe a review would help me get a response.

I ordered two lanterns for Christmas gifts. When they arrived they were not packed with bubble wrap but instead brown, stiff packing paper. One lantern’s glass was broken on arrival. I contacted the seller twice by email to see about getting the glass replaced with no response. The quality of the lantern itself met expectations if it had not arrived broken and with such poor customer service.

The stain on the lettering is not near as dark as in the picture. Disappointed.

I ordered three of these and only received one. It says my full order has been delivered - it has not. I emailed them twice with no response. I am currently speaking to customer support from Jane. This is ridiculous.

Will not respond to your email! I understand mistakes , got the stockings in and they had duplicated a name . I have emailed several times to get a replacement in for Christmas . 4 grandchildren and no stockings to hang!! Can’t hang 3 and leave one out!

Terrible quality: the names were not centered between top and bottom and when I added the insert the side completely ripped open. I was shocked. For 2 reasons: First the insert pillow I ordered somewhere else was too small and didn’t fill up this case so it wasn’t like I was stretching to put it in. Second, I just had one finger on the side and it just split all the way to the corner. I was going to give this to someone for Christmas and I can’t it’s too embarrassing.

Personalization was wrong. The date line had the description “Date” prior to the actual. Contacted seller by emai with no response or resolution.

Absolutely LOVE all SIX pillows I ordered. I ordered Five as Gifts and couldn’t resist and got one for myself; SO GLAD I DID! The Typewriter print to me is my favorite!!
