My complaint seems to be the same as everyone else’s. Ordered Nov. 25- expected to ship Dec. 11. I have emailed THREE times since the 11th and haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointed. Why are they allowed to have active ongoing live deals when so many of their orders are not filled from past deals? Time for refunds!

Such cute pillow covers! I had a problem with one of my covers and Qualtry customer service helped me resolve it immediately. Best customer service I have ever seen! I will definitely be buying more from them!

I wish I could give 0 stars.. I ordered my lantern on November 8th and still have not received it 6 weeks later! I emailed the company 2 weeks ago regarding the issue and still have not heard back from them. I am very frustrated with this company and if I do not receive my product you Christmas, I will be taking further action. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this company as it is completely unreliable and clearly has poor customer service.

I received the wrong pillow. I’ve contacted the seller twice via email to get it to it’s owner and receive mine. I’ve had no response! I’m furious! This was a gift that won’t be delivered on time

Ordered in NOVEMBER and never received stockings. Have emailed TWICE and haven’t heard back. As I read the other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one. If they can’t get delivered, give me my money back!!!

I ordered this product on November 26th and estimated delivery was December 11. I have sent three emails asking the eta of this product, or even if it will be available by Christmas. No reply. It’s so frustrating to work with a company that doesn’t hold true to their word. I feel that a month was adequate time to order and receive a gift in time for Christmas. Very disappointing. Communicate with your customers.

I placed my order 11/28 and STILL DON’T have my order. I have emailed the company 3 times and attempted calling twice WITH NO RESPONSE. Literally NO answer as to the status of my order (which was intended to be a Christmas present but most likely won’t be at this point) Horrible customer service. I will not buy from this company again.

My grandsons Christmas gift was supposed to be shipped over a week ago and can not get any response from them at all.

This is the third time I have ordered these and we have been so pleased! My second and third orders were for gifts and they were loved by the recipients! Will absolutely order more if ever needed.

The product itself was great but when I customized it, the form said “last name” so I put my last name assuming it would add the “s” considering all the examples did, however when it arrived it said “The Davie” rather than “The Davie’s”. I was quite disappointed but it’s my fault, just wish they would have looked over the orders before making and contacted me if there was a question.

I ordered this item on November 25th. I was estimated to ship by 11 December. I was good with that but expected it to ship by now. I have sent 2 emails requested a status update as it is a Christmas present. It is now the 19th of December and I haven't heard anything back from the company. Since they have responded to my emails, I figured maybe a review would help me get a response.

I ordered two lanterns for Christmas gifts. When they arrived they were not packed with bubble wrap but instead brown, stiff packing paper. One lantern’s glass was broken on arrival. I contacted the seller twice by email to see about getting the glass replaced with no response. The quality of the lantern itself met expectations if it had not arrived broken and with such poor customer service.

The stain on the lettering is not near as dark as in the picture. Disappointed.
