Arrived broken in a million pieces!
Monogram is great but it’s so small! More like an infant/toddler size not kids. Was supposed to be a Christmas present but it won’t fit her head. So now not only do I have to buy another present I have a useless hat.
This were Xmas gifts for my girls and they have never shipped. Also been ignored by seller. Very disappointed
I can only leave one star because I never received the ornaments I ordered. I ordered them in November and it’s now December 22 and still no ornaments. I sent the seller 3 emails and they never responded. I have filed a claim with my credit card company, so I will hopefully get a refund. Stay clear of this seller!

Purchased 2 of these. They got lost in the mail. Seller did not respond to 3 emails from me and even more from Jane reps. Ended up being refunded. So disappointed.
Ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received it. No return emails from customer service either. Won’t buy from this company again. Super disappointed as this was a gift for my daughter for Christmas.

Well I really loved these and so I ordered 2 for 2 different gifts, one came in fine but the one that was for my mother was broke😡the name was all scratched up and the design under the name was all messed up, I tried contacting seller but still haven’t heard anything back, i would hope she will either replace it or refund me my money. But still nothing back from the seller!!! Very disappointed cause now I have to go find another gift for my mother and here it is 3 days before Christmas 😡
Ordered this over three weeks ago. It’s three days until Christmas, and I still don’t have my ornament.
Their products are cute, but I never received my order. I reached out to them to see where my order was, but never got a reply back from them. Would suggest not ordering from them.
The lanterns were beautiful. I gave them as gifts for my staff. But one came cracked and I tried to reach Qualtry’s customer service multiple times through email and phone but never got a response back. Luckily my husband was able to have glass panels made to fit the broken one. But it is disappointing that a company wouldn’t even respond.
I ordered this as a Christmas gift as it states it should ship be December 13th. It is still processing on December 22nd!! I have emailed 4 times asking for an update with NO REPLY!!!!! HORRIBLE!
