I ordered two Art Kits on November 30 to give as Christmas gifts. As of today, December 23, I have not received these — obviously too late for Christmas! I have emailed TWICE, but have not gotten the courtesy of a response. Will be reaching out to my bank for help with the charges. I would NOT recommend this or any seller who will not even respond to emails!

Estimated shipped by date was stated as December 13th. Still no update on item after emailing the company 2 times.
I received a tote with different lettering and hearts all along the bottom. It’s not at all how it was described, and no where in any of the pictures or written description is there grey writing or heart borders. I have contacted the seller.
Gave this as a gift & everyone was blown away - such a unique item & the craftsman ship was very nice. It also shipped before the estimated ship date, which I was not expecting since it is Christmas time.

Ordered this OVER a month ago and says it was supposed to ship on Dec 13th it’s still processing..and here we are on Dec 23rd!! Have tried to contact the seller more than once and still no response! Would not recommend at all! Even though product may be cute, it won’t be worth it since now my niece won’t receive this in time for Christmas!! Absolute horrible customer service!!!!
I have contacted the seller many times and asked to cancel this item because it was a Christmas gift and I haven’t heard back from them. I ordered the middle of November and it still hasn’t shipped. I don’t recommend this shop.
I ordered 4 pillow cases and only received 3. I emailed trying to get my other pillow case and have gotten no response. I ordered these as a gift and now won’t be able to give it to them. The names were also really small and written so far on the side that you can’t read it with the pillow inside.
For the past month, I have been anxiously anticipating the arrival of three customized ornaments for 3 super special people in my life. A few days before Christmas, I contacted the seller inquiring the arrival date of the ornaments. These were purchased November 29th and needed December 24th. Without a response, I instead got an email from Jane saying they had cancelled my order since it was unable to be fulfilled. Why wait until I contacted to let me know this? Now it’s a day before three presents (special presents) are needed, and I am without. Plus, the seller didn’t even care to contact me themselves. Had I been able to leave 0 stars I would.... I am not a sour shopper nor a last minute shopper — until now!
Would leave zero stars if I could. After 24 days my order was cancelled. The first time in 16 years I won’t have a new family ornament. Seller never answered my emails either. So sad & disappointing.
Absolute WORST experience with this company. I ordered two of their boxes during the Black Friday sale and still have not received them!!! I contacted seller last week being as they were Christmas gifts and they were still saying they were processing!!!! Still haven’t heard back from the seller after emailing more than once. Would not recommend whatsoever.
Was supposed to be shipped out on Dec 13th. A week later, I still hadn’t received my order. Sent them an email, no response. Finally today (22nd) received an email from Jane saying they cancelled my order, and they’d refund my money. Ridiculous!!
