Terrible experience! Ordered this for my daughter’s Christmas present in the end of November. The manufacturer promised ship date of 12/13. I began emailing to ask about shipment on 12/15 and never received answer. I had to ask Jane to step in and finally heard back that i would receive it by 12/24. Just recieved tracking notification that it will arrive AFTER Christmas. Way to ruin my little girl’s Christmas. The worst!

Beautiful item but when it arrived, the glass was broken and the latch on the door was broken. I’m sure it was the delivery, but perhaps there is a better way to package a fragile item like this one.

They were both off center

I ordered two Jumbo sports bags a month before Christmas and two small ribbon bags were sent and personalized instead arriving 2 days before Christmas. Included was a note saying sorry what you ordered was out of stock so we sent this instead. I am extremely unhappy I wasn't made aware they were out of stock so I could cancel my order instead of getting products I have no use for.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do NOT purchase from this seller. I did not receive my items and the seller would never respond to the 8 emails I sent. Terrible. These were Supposed to be thoughtful Christmas gifts. Instead I had to get gifts that were not as meaningful.
