Very disappointed!! The lanterns were very nice but I received 4 laterns with names that I had never ever heard off. The email has been blocked to contact them! I ordered around 11/24 and received 12/20 late. Pulled out the 23rd to wrap and discovered the order was not mine. I am sure someone else out there is upset as well.

The bag I received had colored hearts along the bottom and different lettering for the names - not at all what is pictured and what I ordered. I have emailed the seller.

Ship date was changed so I did not get in time to give as a gift. Contacted seller, no reply. Received item and all the lettering and design is crooked— contacted seller and still have not received a response!

The pillow cover was very nice material, very sturdy. The writing looked very cool. Love these!
Was very late and never got a response from qualtry. Nonetheless it is a nice phone case when Jane had to email the company themselves.

Love this pillow! I contacted the seller because it didn’t look like the pillow was going to arrive in time for Christmas. They made it happen! I was so thankful.
I ordered this item on November 30 and it was expected to ship by December 13. When it had not shipped by December 19, I reached out to the seller with no response. I then contacted Jane on December 23. Their solution was to cancel the order which was a Christmas gift for my nephew. I never asked for them to cancel. I just wanted an update. I am extremely upset with both Jane and the seller of the item as now I have no gift for my nephew.
