I ordered this at the beginning of December and I still haven't received it.

Bought one last year for our daughter and son-in-law with our grandchildren’s names on it for their sofa in their den. Had to buy a new one because she had a new arrival herself. Simple style with clear precise printing.

Great quality and a perfect design. Simple with a family feel to it.

Well I order one for myself and two for my son, and another for my daughter when they came they sent me two for myself one wasn’t the one I ordered and the one was correct but only charged me for the correct one. Overall they were just what I wanted. Glad I purchased 3 of these.

I can not attest to the quality of the product since I have not received it yet. But I ordered it on Black Friday and did not receive it by Christmas Day. The expected day of delivery is now the day after Christmas. It is very frustrating. I would not order it if you need it quickly.

Never received nor did they respond to my email.

Shipping was slow! Was shipped on December 11 and received my package on Christmas Eve and both were broken. Very disappointing!

Bought 2 sets. Everything came out great I was just expecting them to be a better quality of cork. They are very soft. It was a gift for my mother in law so I will hear how well they hold up

I made two separate orders. One was fine other than being printed sideways. The other one has the initials in the middle reversed. After waiting 3 weeks for them as Christmas gifts, I was very disappointed in what I found. I didn’t receive them until Christmas Eve, so thankfully I had others gifts to go in their place! I am waiting to see if I get a response from the company.

Purchased Nov 30th, says it shipped Dec 12th and I still haven’t received it yet. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Disappointed.

Ordered on Dec. 2 Came on Dec.24 dented and broken!

Loved the lantern, arrived with a small crack in the glass. :( Need to pack with more than thin paper. Engraving very nice. Great gift for self or others.

Very nice product. Case is sturdy and materials are very good.
