The reason why is I ordered these shirts in mid-November. They said to expect my order by Nov. 23rd. It's Dec. 27th and I still have not received these items! Missed Christmas!

perfect Christmas gift for my sister !

I ordered two collars. The large collar looks great. The font is totally off center and crooked on the small collar.

Names are printed so small, all the way to the right, and they are so spaced out you can’t see all the names when the pillow is inserted. Does not resemble the picture :(

Took over a month to arrive and when I opened the box lanterns were shattered.

i ordered this Lantern in November...for my sister Christmas present...it sat in Utah for 5 days without moving and needless to say I got the package on 12/26..AFTER christams...1 month for shipping

Very cute, I ordered the ornament with the reindeer and personalization was perfect. I ordered solid white with personalization and part of it was off centered. I did not have time to contact the company. I gave the gift anyway. They are very nice

I got the lantern as a Christmas gift for my sister. It was ordered on December 1. My package did not ship until December 11. Then, it did not arrive until December 27. I thought because this company was based out of the US it would arrive AT LEAST in time for Christmas, but it did not. The lantern may even be cute, but I DO NOT recommend ordering unless you have at least a month of delivering cushion.

Ordered way before Christmas, was shipped a week later than what was originally said. 4 emails sent to original seller with zero response (except from Jane-they responded) Received the day after Christmas. Ordered 3 cutting boards, 1 is faded down the middle which is through the initial and name, other 2 are ok... very small.

Ordered at the end of November and still haven’t received.

At this point, i would not even give them a one star review, but i had to do that at the least to leave this review. According to my notifications, my package shipped over a month ago. I have yet to receive it, have attempted contact up the company 3 times, and NO response at all. This was intended as a Christmas gift. Today is 12/27. VERY FRUSTRATED.

The ONLY reason this is getting 2 stars is because the lantern is very nice. Took wayyyy too long to get delivered and the customer service is absolutely terrible.

The product is beautiful and well made but it took too long to receive. I ordered Nov 30th and didn't get it until Dec 24th. It was a Christmas present that was almost late. Too close and almost a month? Other things I have ordered that were also personalized, arrived before this when ordered several weeks after.
