I am still waiting for my order (ordered nov 5) and I’ve contacted them 3 times to cancel it. Have yet to get a response from them or money back!
Arrived with broken glass. The personalization was in tact but one of the glass panes was shattered. Really disappointed.
This is the second time I had to order. Since they made them wrong the first time. However they were made correctly the second time. Very pleased with how they turned out the second time.
I love it! Made with quality workmanship! Mine got lost in the transit and they made me another one and sent it quickly.
I ordered 2 small collars and the stitching was illegible and sloppy. I have been trying to get in touch with the seller and even sent in a picture of what I have received and no one has emailed me back. Very dissatisfied, especially since they were supposed to be a Christmas present and I could not give them.
Arrived the day after Christmas even after ordering in November. I had 6 very disappointed nieces this year.
I sent an order in specifically with names in order and they left off one name. It was a Christmas gift and I sent it to the person only to realize upon them opening Qualtry left off a child’s name from the pillow cover. It was embarrassing. I emailed them to ask for the correct cover to be sent and even uploaded a pic of the one they sent which was wrong and they have not responded to me in any way. Very disappointed in the attention to detail and obvious lack of customer care.
Perfect gift
The pillow cover came with incomplete wording. Receipt shows what I ordered, but that is not what I received. I reached out to seller but have not heard back.
I finally received my lanterns after waiting forever. I got them after Christmas and the tracking was terrible. I also ordered them with dates on them and the dates aren’t on them. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. I have had problems with them before. Jane needs to get rid of them.
Have not received ordered in Nov says it shipped over a week ago but hasn’t actually been shipped was supposed to be a Christmas gift!
I have never had any issues with ordering from Jane until I tried to order from this company! I ordered this shirt. It showed up as shipped with a tracking number. Then I never received it. Emailed company and they proceeded to tell me I could not get it (even though it showed being shipped out). They refunded my money and all was settled. Then when I checked my account at a later date they had taken money back out of my account! A few days later I did receive the shirt but it is printed wrong! I have emailed and asked for the shirt to be either reprinted correctly or refunded as I will NOT wear it since names are wrong on it. I am not receiving any response from the company! So now I have a shirt I cannot wear and not getting any response about a refund. This has been a terrible experience and I will look closer at the company name when ordering to ensure I never order from qualtry again. And during all this there was zero communication!
Was satisfied with the quality for the price but was disappointed there was an error on the personalization requested. The second line was not printed on the pillow cover even though it showed on the packing slip. Only the 1st and 3rd lines were printed on the pillow cover.
I’m disappointed. I ordered this for my daughter almost a month before Christmas, and I still haven’t received it. Thankfully, I had other presents for her. It would have been nice to receive an email with an update a few weeks ago!
