The pillow cover came with incomplete wording. Receipt shows what I ordered, but that is not what I received. I reached out to seller but have not heard back.

I finally received my lanterns after waiting forever. I got them after Christmas and the tracking was terrible. I also ordered them with dates on them and the dates aren’t on them. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. I have had problems with them before. Jane needs to get rid of them.

Have not received ordered in Nov says it shipped over a week ago but hasn’t actually been shipped was supposed to be a Christmas gift!

I have never had any issues with ordering from Jane until I tried to order from this company! I ordered this shirt. It showed up as shipped with a tracking number. Then I never received it. Emailed company and they proceeded to tell me I could not get it (even though it showed being shipped out). They refunded my money and all was settled. Then when I checked my account at a later date they had taken money back out of my account! A few days later I did receive the shirt but it is printed wrong! I have emailed and asked for the shirt to be either reprinted correctly or refunded as I will NOT wear it since names are wrong on it. I am not receiving any response from the company! So now I have a shirt I cannot wear and not getting any response about a refund. This has been a terrible experience and I will look closer at the company name when ordering to ensure I never order from qualtry again. And during all this there was zero communication!

Was satisfied with the quality for the price but was disappointed there was an error on the personalization requested. The second line was not printed on the pillow cover even though it showed on the packing slip. Only the 1st and 3rd lines were printed on the pillow cover.
I’m disappointed. I ordered this for my daughter almost a month before Christmas, and I still haven’t received it. Thankfully, I had other presents for her. It would have been nice to receive an email with an update a few weeks ago!

I’m giving it a two-star for the reason that I eventually received the item after a month, I would’ve given one star otherwise. I bought it for Christmas presents, with delivery information listed, I bought it early enough to receive them before Christmas, however, I had to contacted seller and Jane.com five times and got a very late response. And finally I received the items after Christmas, the print on one of them was messed up because the fabric was folded when the print was printed, so when I insert a pillow insert and pushed out the fold, there was a chunk of missing ink in the letters, and looks wrong. So based on the dissatisfying quality, service, and delivery, I am giving it a two star rating.

Lantern arrived with two broken glass panels. It arrived TWO weeks after shipping date and AFTER Christmas, and had PLENTY of time to arrive. Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 pillowcases. Finally received the order and one was not finished. Reached out to vender have not heard back. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common issue. Checked my order on line it was submitted correctly how do you leave 1 letter off when all of them were the same.

Item was ordered and I was notified when a shipping label was created. However, the item didn’t move beyond being picked up by newgistics for quite some time. I reached out via email with no response, found a customer service phone number and couldn’t get through to anyone, so I contacted Jane for help. An email was sent to Qualtry by Jane , once again, without response. My item ended up being refunded, thanks to the help of Jane. Due to lack of response and my item being pending for weeks, causing me to go another route for a gift, I don’t recommend purchasing from this seller.

Took a month to arrive but it looks great!
I ordered a personalized pillow cover with my niece and nephews name on it for my sister in law for Christmas. I was really disappointed with the way my niece’s name came out. There’s a space in her name that shouldn’t be there and makes it look like 2 separate names. I reached out to the seller about re-doing it/making it right and have NOT received a response back. This is extremely disappointing and I will not order again from this seller nor would I recommend this seller.

The product itself is great! The recipient of the gift really liked it. My main complaint is the timing of delivery. It was supposed to ship by Dec. 11, but didn't until the 20th. I thankfully got it the day before our friend Christmas celebration.
While the lantern is cute, zero customer support. Multiple emails requesting shipping status with no response. What kind of company just ignores emails?? Took over 3 weeks.
