Was excited to receive these pillowcases but unfortunately quality control must not test the zippers thoroughly. One of the pillowcase zippers was cut short and not sewn in at the end. Therefore, the zipper zipped all the way through and out, and is totally detached from the pillow case now. I'd have to rip the zipper apart to get my pillow out for washing. I've reached out to the seller and will see how they resolve this issue before editing my review.

It’s nice but not sure why it took 3 weeks to be delivered from the time it was picked up. Maybe ship a different way would be better.

This product came in great condition and is beautiful! However I was not pleased with the service from this seller. I ordered this Dec 3rd, hoping it would be in by Christmas. It then said it was delivered a week later. I emailed the seller asking if it would be in by Christmas and received no reply. The lantern came in a week after Christmas. This lantern was beautiful however I probably will not be buying from this seller again.☹️

I purchased 5 as gifts. They all looked great; just as shown in pictures. They wereshipped out quick! Highly recommend.

We love our mugs, but one is damaged through the mail. Would appreciate a replacement as it is a gift for my mother.

stitching not best quality

I ordered from this company at the first of December. The product was for a gift and still had not shipped by the date they stated. I reached out to request a cancel due to it was not going to make it in time, and the company never responded. I then reached out to Jane about the issue, and they reached out to the company as well with no response. But they next day after her email my item shipped. Jane would not refund the item because of it being personalized. It didn't arrive till Monday 12/30/2019. The product was great but at this point I had to replace it with another gift. Very Frustrating.... I looked at the other reviews and there are multiple complaints about this company. DO NOT ORDER from them unless you want to wait forever on the product.

I bought several sets of these to give as gifts and they turned out Great. Such a simple gift but useful item.

I am very pleased with these pillow cases. I bought them as an anniversary present, and I cannot be more pleased. They are of great quality, and I would absolutely buy them again.

Arrived completely broken and no response from seller.

Ordered December 11th for Christmas. It’s January 2nd still have not received it. I got an email saying it’s label was created on December 27th, post office has yet to receive it. So I’m guessing they did that to shut me up after I complained.

This item should have been in before Christmas, however they shipped over a week later than promised and didn’t make it in time to be a gift. They WILL NOT answer multiple emails sent.

Would have left a higher rating if my order was correct and if the seller responded to my emails. Pillowcase is cute but left off the hometown I listed in the description and it is a gift. Price point-good Quality-good
