The print on the display bag looks a lot bigger than in person. The print is way too small for such a huge bag.

I ordered 2 of these lanterns and the McCarty and Williams were shipped in the same box but the Williams glass was broken on one side. Felt really bad. Should pack them better I guess or maybe the people handling it should be more careful. Not purchasing anymore. But LOVE the way they look.
Never received order made in November, wrote multiple emails to seller and no response. Just give me my money back.
I emailed the company because it did NOT arrive as ordered...2 reach outs, no reply still.

From the beginning to the end, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I ordered 2 collars (special Jane Christmas sale with a red sleigh insignia, a 2 for one, with free shipping) guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I received only one collar that was poorly embroidered which distorted the collar, paid more than advertised as well as shipping. I contacted the company, Qualtry, explaining the issues multiple times, and they never addressed the missing collar. They would not recognize the price discrepancy. I was charged for the 2 collars on my PayPal, but the receipt that came with the distorted collar had a different $$ amount. I couldn’t even get them to address that. I gave up. I was able to contact Jane Customer Service by phone, and they did issue a full refund, the amount on my PayPal. I may or may not continue to shop Jane, but I will never, ever do business with Qualtry. I should have just ordered collars from Amazon, from the company who did a collar for my dog. It cost less and was of terrific quality...just beware, Qualtry does not mean quality and definitely does not mean try. PB from Kansas, the Sunflower State.
The names are smaller than I thought they would be, but the pillow still looks great!
I ordered two pillow cases on December 3rd and did not receive the package until January 6th. When I did receive the products, they did not come with the established by date as ordered. I emailed the company several times over the last few weeks and never got a reply. I was very disappointed. I order off of Jane all of the time and have never had this issue. Janes customer service was great! Qualtry. Not so much.

Still haven't received the item. The shipping tracking shows that it was delivered in Connecticut and my delivery address is Iowa. Customer service has not been helpful.
