This was a Christmas gift for my brother and it Arrived broken in half - which ruined my gift! I had to scramble to go shopping for something else in a hurry. The seller took over a week to respond when I emailed them to let them know it was broken upon arrival (it was not packed well at all). Jane customer service was more than accommodating because Jane is awesome !

I received a broken lantern. I contacted the company: no response. I contacted again and cc'd Jane. Jane replied and contacted the company many times: no response. Jane was great, this company is terrible. Do not purchase from them!
