Great quality and value. Make sure to add the “s” on your last name though since they put exactly what you type in the last name field.
Not as big as I thought it would be. Broken when I recieved it. I did recieve a refund.
STILL haven't received this order. Qualtry isn't reliable and this order was no exception - I don't blame Jane.come since I've used this vendor before and had exceptionally S-L-O-W delivery. So unfortunate because I won't be ordering any more pillows from Jane that come from Qualtry in the future.
Ordered 12/15/19 Estimated to ship 12/28/19 Still haven't received item today 1/5/20. Says processing and shipping tracking number listed but hasn’t been received by USPS. Emailed the company no response 3 days ago.
Amazing product. Will likely buy more in future as gifts. Seems to be very well done. Had 7 names; turned out so nice.

I ordered 4 lanterns and never received them. I attempted to contact their customer service and never received a response. Do not order from these people. Quality.. HA! Lo-Qualtry maybe.

Package came and the glass was broken. Contacted the seller and sent pictures, but never received a response.
Ordered 2 pillow cases. Only 1 was delivered. Contacted the seller twice with no response yet. Hopefully they respond soon so I can receive what I paid for.... but based on other reviews they may or may not. Jane.com should look into having sellers like this on their site.
I intended to give this as a Christmas gift, but it didn't ship by the date stated and came too late. I attempted to email Qualtry to cancel my order once I realized that it wouldn't arrive in time, but I never heard back from them. On top of that, when the item did arrive, it had the wrong text. And I know it wasn't a typo on my part because my receipt clearly indicated the right text. Very disappointed with the service received.
It is very small, but really cute to add as decor to your kitchen.
Ordered in November. “Shipped” December 5th but it never made it to the actual usps store. Now it’s November and I can’t get a reply from the seller.
