I ordered 4 lanterns and never received them. I attempted to contact their customer service and never received a response. Do not order from these people. Quality.. HA! Lo-Qualtry maybe.

They were a hit for Christmas

I wish I could leave lower then one star! This seller sent me something totally different from what I ordered and I have tried to contact them and they have not responded. I would not recommend anything g from this seller

Package came and the glass was broken. Contacted the seller and sent pictures, but never received a response.

Ordered 2 pillow cases. Only 1 was delivered. Contacted the seller twice with no response yet. Hopefully they respond soon so I can receive what I paid for.... but based on other reviews they may or may not. Jane.com should look into having sellers like this on their site.

I intended to give this as a Christmas gift, but it didn't ship by the date stated and came too late. I attempted to email Qualtry to cancel my order once I realized that it wouldn't arrive in time, but I never heard back from them. On top of that, when the item did arrive, it had the wrong text. And I know it wasn't a typo on my part because my receipt clearly indicated the right text. Very disappointed with the service received.

It is very small, but really cute to add as decor to your kitchen.

Ordered in November. “Shipped” December 5th but it never made it to the actual usps store. Now it’s November and I can’t get a reply from the seller.

Was excited to receive these pillowcases but unfortunately quality control must not test the zippers thoroughly. One of the pillowcase zippers was cut short and not sewn in at the end. Therefore, the zipper zipped all the way through and out, and is totally detached from the pillow case now. I'd have to rip the zipper apart to get my pillow out for washing. I've reached out to the seller and will see how they resolve this issue before editing my review.

It’s nice but not sure why it took 3 weeks to be delivered from the time it was picked up. Maybe ship a different way would be better.

This product came in great condition and is beautiful! However I was not pleased with the service from this seller. I ordered this Dec 3rd, hoping it would be in by Christmas. It then said it was delivered a week later. I emailed the seller asking if it would be in by Christmas and received no reply. The lantern came in a week after Christmas. This lantern was beautiful however I probably will not be buying from this seller again.☹️

I purchased 5 as gifts. They all looked great; just as shown in pictures. They wereshipped out quick! Highly recommend.

We love our mugs, but one is damaged through the mail. Would appreciate a replacement as it is a gift for my mother.

stitching not best quality

I ordered from this company at the first of December. The product was for a gift and still had not shipped by the date they stated. I reached out to request a cancel due to it was not going to make it in time, and the company never responded. I then reached out to Jane about the issue, and they reached out to the company as well with no response. But they next day after her email my item shipped. Jane would not refund the item because of it being personalized. It didn't arrive till Monday 12/30/2019. The product was great but at this point I had to replace it with another gift. Very Frustrating.... I looked at the other reviews and there are multiple complaints about this company. DO NOT ORDER from them unless you want to wait forever on the product.
