I ordered 2, different colors and different names and the order was accurate. I ordered on 12/1 hoping I would receive it in time to give as a Christmas gift. The lanterns arrived on 12/26. It seems that this company created a shipping label before even shipping my package. Maybe so I couldn't cancel the order? I reached out to them as to why my order was sitting in Utah for 2 weeks. No response. So, yes, my order was correct. I did receive it (finally). Would I order again, only if I had unlimited time to receive the gift.

Beautiful wood products and filled with everything a young artist loves

I ordered a hand towel on Dec. 3rd as a gift thinking it would come in well before Christmas. Nope! It’s Dec. 26 and it hasn’t been shipped yet. So much for that gift!

This was a gift that did not arrive on time. I contacted Qualtry 3 times with no response. Horrible horrible customer service as there isn’t any at all. I can’t believe Jane affiliates with this company. This has made me not want to purchase from Jane at all anymore. Do not waste your time.

I placed my order on November 24th with an expected ship date of December 10th. They did not ship until December 20th. Made it here on the 23rd and they were the wrong colors. I did not receive any response from Qualtry customer service. Jane customer service was incredible. The stockings are fine and I’ll make sure with the wrong color. But definitely added unnecessary holiday stress.

They still have not arrived and were promised before Christmas. I have reached out to the seller twice with zero response.

Although this item could potentially be a great gift, like many of the reviews I just read, it took about a month to finally arrive...with broken glass panels.

The lantern that I ordered took a month to arrive. When it did arrive it was broken.

I expected a pillow inside the pillowcase based on the images. I should have read the item description more clearly but I think because I purchased this using my iPhone the “cover” part of the description was cut off. The cover was fine minus a slight imperfection on the last letter of our name. Despite the item description I do find the images misleading since they are not representing exactly what is being sold.

Did not receive part of my order! I’ve contacted the seller several times with no response!

I ordered two of these lanterns on the first of December and did not receive it until Christmas Day. I received only one. It was too late to wrap for Christmas presents.

Item pictured varies greatly from what arrived in terms of quality and color, etc.

This is the second Lantern that I purchased. The first arrived timely and in perfect condition. It was a wedding gift and the ordering experience was perfect. The second lantern came with one side glass broken. It is also a wedding gift. The second purchase was disappointing because I love the lantern.
