I got the lantern as a Christmas gift for my sister. It was ordered on December 1. My package did not ship until December 11. Then, it did not arrive until December 27. I thought because this company was based out of the US it would arrive AT LEAST in time for Christmas, but it did not. The lantern may even be cute, but I DO NOT recommend ordering unless you have at least a month of delivering cushion.

Ordered way before Christmas, was shipped a week later than what was originally said. 4 emails sent to original seller with zero response (except from Jane-they responded) Received the day after Christmas. Ordered 3 cutting boards, 1 is faded down the middle which is through the initial and name, other 2 are ok... very small.

Ordered at the end of November and still haven’t received.

At this point, i would not even give them a one star review, but i had to do that at the least to leave this review. According to my notifications, my package shipped over a month ago. I have yet to receive it, have attempted contact up the company 3 times, and NO response at all. This was intended as a Christmas gift. Today is 12/27. VERY FRUSTRATED.

The ONLY reason this is getting 2 stars is because the lantern is very nice. Took wayyyy too long to get delivered and the customer service is absolutely terrible.

The product is beautiful and well made but it took too long to receive. I ordered Nov 30th and didn't get it until Dec 24th. It was a Christmas present that was almost late. Too close and almost a month? Other things I have ordered that were also personalized, arrived before this when ordered several weeks after.

I ordered 2, different colors and different names and the order was accurate. I ordered on 12/1 hoping I would receive it in time to give as a Christmas gift. The lanterns arrived on 12/26. It seems that this company created a shipping label before even shipping my package. Maybe so I couldn't cancel the order? I reached out to them as to why my order was sitting in Utah for 2 weeks. No response. So, yes, my order was correct. I did receive it (finally). Would I order again, only if I had unlimited time to receive the gift.

Beautiful wood products and filled with everything a young artist loves

I ordered a hand towel on Dec. 3rd as a gift thinking it would come in well before Christmas. Nope! It’s Dec. 26 and it hasn’t been shipped yet. So much for that gift!

This was a gift that did not arrive on time. I contacted Qualtry 3 times with no response. Horrible horrible customer service as there isn’t any at all. I can’t believe Jane affiliates with this company. This has made me not want to purchase from Jane at all anymore. Do not waste your time.

I placed my order on November 24th with an expected ship date of December 10th. They did not ship until December 20th. Made it here on the 23rd and they were the wrong colors. I did not receive any response from Qualtry customer service. Jane customer service was incredible. The stockings are fine and I’ll make sure with the wrong color. But definitely added unnecessary holiday stress.

They still have not arrived and were promised before Christmas. I have reached out to the seller twice with zero response.
