Cute, kinda took a long time to get, but came before Xmas so it’s all good.

Great quality! So beautiful! A small bag of “fluff” from the craft store filled it perfectly and I can’t wait to give this to my MIL for Christmas

The bag I received had a completely different font and colorful hearts along the bottom that were not even an option on the order. The bag was flimsy and the straps were too long. I order a lot from jane.com but this company was sadly a disappointment.

Ordered 4 weeks before Xmas. Shipped within 10 days but then shipping never updated for 14 days. 3 emails to company no response. Emailed Jane who Immediately responded then a week later shipping updated and package showed up Xmas eve. But i needed it the Friday before for a gift. Was smaller than expected. There was broken glass in box but I couldn’t seem to find any glass broken on lantern

After 2 months, the writing on the pillows has faded. Also, these covers will not fit an 18x18 pillow like advertised. I was impressed at first, but after 2 months I would not recommend.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Showed up in horrible packaging, shattered glass. I’ve contacted the company twice and haven’t heard anything back. Filing fraud charges to my bank if I don’t hear back soon.

I have reached out to the seller multiple times. Before my item was received and afterwards. Seller never responded to any of my emails. I reached out about my order on when it would be shipped as seeing it was a Christmas gift. Ordered on December 2nd and received on December 21st. Once I received my item it was delivered in a then plastic shipping bag with no protection. Unfortunately because of this my item was broken upon arrival. I have emailed you twice about this since then. I either want a new item or a refund. You should really ship your item in bubble wrap or in a box. I’m very disappointed with the seller with the lack of response back to their customers and how the item was shipped.

Really disappointed it’s Christmas Eve & my boards are not in. I ordered Dec 2 along with other items from other companies. Those have arrived but not the boards & I don’t know what to do so I’ll have to get some quick gifts.

My item was ordered as a Christmas present weeks ago and they canceled my order the day before Christmas out of nowhere because they did not produce in time. That’s horrible customer service.
