Beautiful item but when it arrived, the glass was broken and the latch on the door was broken. I’m sure it was the delivery, but perhaps there is a better way to package a fragile item like this one.
They were both off center
This pillow cover turned out amazing!! The quality of the fabric is great. Made a wonderful gift with all of my nieces and nephews names!!

I ordered two Jumbo sports bags a month before Christmas and two small ribbon bags were sent and personalized instead arriving 2 days before Christmas. Included was a note saying sorry what you ordered was out of stock so we sent this instead. I am extremely unhappy I wasn't made aware they were out of stock so I could cancel my order instead of getting products I have no use for.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Do NOT purchase from this seller. I did not receive my items and the seller would never respond to the 8 emails I sent. Terrible. These were Supposed to be thoughtful Christmas gifts. Instead I had to get gifts that were not as meaningful.
I ordered it November 25th. Today is December 23 and it’s not here. I tried to contact the company and got no response at all from my email. I’m not at all happy with their service. Maybe if it ever comes in I can tell you whether or not I actually like the product But either way I would not ever order from this company again
I also ordered two of these kits on 11/30. Nothing as of 12/23. Also emailed and called company, no response at all. Very disappointed, as they were supposed to be Christmas presents.
Purchased this item the day after thanksgiving. To be given as a Christmas present. Stated it was being shipped out on Dec. 11th. Still have not received it. Tried calling and emailing several times with no response from the company. Ordered another batch on the same day, received them only to have two of the glass panels broken in transit. Can’t get in touch with anyone to try to have them replaced. Very poor customer service!

Great product, so cute. My only complaint is that it took 20 days for them to be delivered from the date that I ordered them and one arrived with broken glass.
Ordered Black Friday estimated to ship dec 13.... still no package and no response to my email inquiries by seller. 😖
I ordered this product in November as a Christmas present. The company would not email me back despite several tries on my part. Eventually, Jane stepped in thankfully, and refunded my money. But I was displeased that I never got this gift. Had I known it wasn’t ever going to come I would’ve ordered it from somewhere else, but they took so long to tell me it wasn’t coming I didn’t have time.
