Very upset I have sent 3 emails to them and they will not respond back to me. This was supposed to be shipped on the 13th but shows it is still processing. I have never been so blatantly ignored from a seller before. I just needed to know if it would be here by Christmas or not. Very very irritated with this seller. Not to mention I ordered this item on November 30th.

Personalized Glass Lanterns

The actual lantern is great but one of my lanterns has the incorrect info and I cant even get ahold of the company. Right after I place the order I realized I put the wrong date for one lantern and tried to get ahold of the company to correct the info and couldn’t get anyone to return my emails then either. These lanterns were Christmas gifts. They tooK 3 weeks to be delivered and now they’re incorrect and this company has no customer service. Very disappointed! Now I’m scraping to get new lanterns made by another company by Christmas.

This would get five stars if it didn’t come with an odd engraving on the bottom. I did not want it to say anything but it came with “<A/H>” on the bottom portion of the cutting board. Very disappointing. Otherwise it’s a beautiful board I would have LOVED to give someone; however I can’t anymore.

My complaint seems to be the same as everyone else’s. Ordered Nov. 25- expected to ship Dec. 11. I have emailed THREE times since the 11th and haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointed. Why are they allowed to have active ongoing live deals when so many of their orders are not filled from past deals? Time for refunds!

I wish I could give 0 stars.. I ordered my lantern on November 8th and still have not received it 6 weeks later! I emailed the company 2 weeks ago regarding the issue and still have not heard back from them. I am very frustrated with this company and if I do not receive my product you Christmas, I will be taking further action. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this company as it is completely unreliable and clearly has poor customer service.

I ordered this product on November 26th and estimated delivery was December 11. I have sent three emails asking the eta of this product, or even if it will be available by Christmas. No reply. It’s so frustrating to work with a company that doesn’t hold true to their word. I feel that a month was adequate time to order and receive a gift in time for Christmas. Very disappointing.
