So many compliments on my pillowcase. I Had to order more for gifts. Buy this case! You’ll love it
I have received my item and it’s broken. I emailed support for this item at the sellers contact information. I have sent two messages and have yet to hear a response. I sent a picture and have all shipping packaging still. I need to receive a response. The lantern is great and I am disappointed it is broken. I would like the exact same item replaced. Please contact ASAP. Thank you

Placed a fairly large order back in October and was never contacted about my ornaments being out of stock so I had to change my order. Still haven’t received my order and it’s now a week before Christmas.

Pillow cover was pressed with a crease in it. Thus the first name on the pillow Cover is messed up.

I need to return one of the pillow cases I ordered. It has a name printed on a seam that had been ironed on the fabric.There is a gap in the letters when the pillow is inserted. I ordered 2 and the other one was fine!
Product never shipped and the seller never responded to my multiple emails trying to find status!

I was happy with most of the pillow covers. I did misspell a name, but immediately sent an email pointing out the mistake and what the correct spelling should have been. The pillow arrived with the mistake not being corrected. I emailed again about the mistake and requested someone contact me about what I can do. I have yet to hear from anyone.

Did not receive the items I ordered. I have emailed them twice now and have gotten no response & it's been 6 days since my initial email with the issue. I wanted to give these for Christmas gifts so I am very disappointed at this point.

Love the way the pillowcase turned out however I wish the print color was a bit darker.
Order was lost in transit. Seller was extremely difficult to reach by phone or email. When they finally did respond, they advised that it was in transit and that I should wait for delivery. After I explained that the tracking shows no movement for over 2 weeks, they offered a refund as well as a replacement product. Refund was completed, but after I asked when the replacement would be shipped they never responded and I have never received any email or tracking information showing that the new product was ever sent. I’m very disappointed, as it was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter.
