I received the wrong pillow cover (it has another family's names on it!) and when I reached out to the seller, I have not received any feedback or help correcting the error:(....

I have received my item and it’s broken. I emailed support for this item at the sellers contact information. I have sent two messages and have yet to hear a response. I sent a picture and have all shipping packaging still. I need to receive a response. The lantern is great and I am disappointed it is broken. I would like the exact same item replaced. Please contact ASAP. Thank you

Placed a fairly large order back in October and was never contacted about my ornaments being out of stock so I had to change my order. Still haven’t received my order and it’s now a week before Christmas.

Pillow cover was pressed with a crease in it. Thus the first name on the pillow Cover is messed up.
