Very cute and as described. Took over a month to receive. I got a notification to review this product several days before receiving the item. The tracking info said it was picked up by NEWGISTICS on Nov 15th. I didn’t receive it until DECEMBER 4th. I think the company needs to reevaluate using the shipping partner.
Never received the item. Tried multiple times to contact seller with no response!

I ordered for Christmas present and received someone else's pillowcase. I've tried contacting the company, but cant get a response. Pillow case would be nice if I had the correct order/names.

It's taken 3 weeks of "processing" and you still haven't shipped. I probably wont have this in time for christmas. I've NEVER had this happen on Jane app.

I loved the bag! But when asked how to personalize it I simply wrote my child’s name like this *not my child’s real name* “Matthew” because the bag I ordered said as an example on the actual bag “Micah’s Toy Bag” but when I got my bag is said Matthew Toy Bag and it looks weird but it took over three weeks to get it so I don’t have time to reorder and get it by Christmas

Worst customer service ever. I've tried contacting them twice and Jane.com even tried contacting them. They sent me 2 cutting boards instead of the three I ordered for Christmas gifts. The invoice sent with the cutting boards states they charged me for the 2, but my credit card was charged for three. Don't order from this company.

Love these!! I had to update with new grand babies! Looks expensive.
This turned out absolutely precious for a present for my nine year old niece. She’s going to love it and the company shipped it faster than they predicted. The supplies inside are somewhat cheaper but can all be refilled with other art supplies so for the price it’s a good deal I feel.
I would not recommend this vendor, my order was incomplete and I've trying to get in touch with them for a week without any luck. Vendor unresponsive.

Never received my lantern , had to email them 1 month after placing my order and they told me that they were sold out when I ordered but they never emailed to notified me of that.
