Great quality, just as pictured!! My mom loved it!! I wish the seller would have put a recommended character limit for the customization. One line of my customization was a little too long and it didn't look as nice. Just don't be too wordy like me and you'll have no issues.

Still have not received this item. Going on 3 weeks. Tracking is not showing any information.

I ordered this for Mother’s Day and still have not received it. I will update my review when I receive the product. Update finally received product a week after Mother’s Day. Shipping is extremely slow so be prepared to wait. Towel was as expected from description.

Ordered this as a gift on April 18 as it shows it would be shipped by May 2 allowing it to be in time for Mother’s Day. Today is May 11 and it still has not arrived. The communication with the company sucks and they have been on zero help. I would have rather cancelled my order than end up giving this gift late or it never end up showing up. It’s “been on the way to USPS” since May 6. Do NOT order from them, especially if you want it to arrive in timely fashion. I never give bad reviews, so this speaks volumes of the service received. UPDATE: May 18 and it is still not here.

So disappointed! I never received these gifts for my mom and mother in law. I ordered this item almost a month ago and was sent a tracking number the next day. I was super excited as I expected to receive the item within a week. I have emailed the company and I asked them for my money back. A suggestion for this company is to use a different shipping courier, the company you are using is just awful. I saw movement on the tracking several days after receiving the tracking number and then again a week later but nothing for the past 2 weeks. I won't be buying from this seller or company again. So disappointed!

I would but... do not include to much in our message under the To: and Above the From:. I was given no information on font size and it was hard to read a bit with my entire message. It is good quality and the gift was well liked. Stands up nice on the stand.

This was ordered for Mother's Day, a month prior & it's a day after Mother's Day and I'm still waiting for the product to arrive. I've contacted the seller regarding my concerns, but unfortunately I have received no response.

05/15/2020 UPDATE- finally came. I had to email Jane.com to get someone to reply. (Although the company NEVER replied). The gift arrived FIVE Days AFTER Mother’s Day! Get this, it only had the stands! I DO NOT WANT THE PLAQUE, and I DON’T WANT A REPLACEMENT! I want ALL funds returned to me!! I want the cost for the products, shipping AND taxes! We work hard for our money, and we shouldn’t have to go through this to support a business to get our mothers gifts! I don’t care if it was $2 or $200!! To be honest, I’ve beyond disappointed! This is THE worst purchase from Jane.com that I’ve encountered! Do better! Still haven’t arrived. Emailed company. Nothing. Tracking number doesn’t work. Ordered a month ago for my moms Mother’s Day gift, nothing. It’s the day after, she still nothing... disappointed
