Still wanting on my order a week later after it says it shipped. According to the tracking it has been sitting in Utah since last Wednesday 5/6. I have emailed the seller with no reply. Will update if I get a response or my item

Still haven’t received my item. Tracking number has shown USPS waiting for item for a week now. Reached out to seller via email twice and did not get any response.

The item was late and not coming anytime soon.

I ordered this a month ago and still do not have it. I have Contacted Jane.com who said they would contact the seller...nobody has gotten back to me, and I had no gift for Mothers Day...super crummy service and still no package.

Would love to review the item itself but I can’t since it still has not arrived. I ordered the pillow as a Mother’s Day gift. I ordered this on April 19th and was guaranteed to ship no later than 5/5. On the 6th when I still had no shipping confirmation I reached out to customer service. I was told because of an overwhelming amount of orders placed that production was delayed. I think good customer service would have been to reach out to customers with any delays instead of waiting for them to ask. But what frustrated me more was that they also suggested that I save the pillow and give it some other time since “it’s a great gift for any occasion.” Meaning I had to find something else to give for Mother’s Day. I then finally received an email on the 7th saying my item had shipped with a tracking number. When I track the package though, it still says USPS is awaiting package arrival. As of today, 5/13 the package hasn’t even made it to the carrier. UPDATE: I ordered this item on 4/19. It arrived today, 5/23, over a month later. The print, although very very neat, looks like it was written with a sharpie.

I ordered this April 19 for a Mother’s Gift. It was shipped May 6 and I’ve emailed twice to inquire about the item. I haven’t to receive the item or hear back from the seller. DO NOT BUY THIS! I will update regarding quality if I receive the pillow cover. UPDATE: I received my pillow cover on May 15th (almost 1 month after I ordered). Customer Service reached out on May 23. I have no issue with the product and can even understand if shipping was slow due to the pandemic. However, customer service is completely lacking...as in they have none! The product is fine but I won’t be ordering from them again.

Still have not received this item. I did receive an email saying it had been shipped much later than stated when ordered but I’m not even able to track.

No communication from seller that the package would be shipping late. No updates on tracking item as well !disappointed COUSTMER.

I ordered over a month ago and it shipped just 10 days ago and I still have not received it. Also made an email inquiry and never received a reply.

After ordering, it took forever to process. Then once it was “sent out” it took over a month to be delivered. I reached out several times to support and they told me it had already been delivered. When I checked multiple times it was sitting in Georgia for two weeks before being delivered.

I ordered this item as a Mother’s Day gift and it did not arrive in time. In fact, I still have not received the item. I will not order from thi seller again!

I never received the item. I have a tracking number but it has said for weeks now that it is waiting pickup from USPS. What do I do?

I am very upset about my order. I ordered these in early April for Mother’s Day gifts for May 10th and I still have not received them. They were pillow cases for my mother and mother in law. I am not happy with it at all.
