I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered this on April 21st. It’s May 13th and I’m still waiting. It’s very confusing because the seller says it has shipped however the tracking is still not updated... I wouldn’t be as upset if the seller would’ve at least returned my email. Seems extremely unprofessional.

Would love to review the item itself but I can’t since it still has not arrived. I ordered the pillow as a Mother’s Day gift. I ordered this on April 19th and was guaranteed to ship no later than 5/5. On the 6th when I still had no shipping confirmation I reached out to customer service. I was told because of an overwhelming amount of orders placed that production was delayed. I think good customer service would have been to reach out to customers with any delays instead of waiting for them to ask. But what frustrated me more was that they also suggested that I save the pillow and give it some other time since “it’s a great gift for any occasion.” Meaning I had to find something else to give for Mother’s Day. I then finally received an email on the 7th saying my item had shipped with a tracking number. When I track the package though, it still says USPS is awaiting package arrival. As of today, 5/13 the package hasn’t even made it to the carrier. UPDATE: I ordered this item on 4/19. It arrived today, 5/23, over a month later. The print, although very very neat, looks like it was written with a sharpie.

I ordered this April 19 for a Mother’s Gift. It was shipped May 6 and I’ve emailed twice to inquire about the item. I haven’t to receive the item or hear back from the seller. DO NOT BUY THIS! I will update regarding quality if I receive the pillow cover. UPDATE: I received my pillow cover on May 15th (almost 1 month after I ordered). Customer Service reached out on May 23. I have no issue with the product and can even understand if shipping was slow due to the pandemic. However, customer service is completely lacking...as in they have none! The product is fine but I won’t be ordering from them again.
