The pillow case was excellent quality, only losing one star because it took a month and a half to receive.

Not what I was expecting and took almost a month to receive. I understand due to Covid 19 there being a delay but it didn’t even ship for 3 weeks... once it shipped it got here in no time. Not what I was hoping for

Never got the pillow, contacted the seller and than contacted Jane for support. Never heard anything back from the seller

I purchased it over a month ago... Why have I not received it yet?

Looks like everyone is having the same problem I am. Said it shipped on May 6th. Tracking number shows it has not arrived at post office yet. It is now may 14th. No update. No pillow case. No response from the seller.

I ordered this pillow weeks ago for a Mother's Day gift and still have not received it!

Well, I wish I could review this product but I can't because I ordered on April 21st as a Mother's Day present because that is how it was being advertised and it STILL isn't here. I have ordered things from numerous companies and received them much sooner. It still hasn't been picked up by usps according to tracking information and it is now May 14th 🙄

I would never purchase anything from this buyer again. I purchased this item on April 20th and it is now May 14th and still have not received it for my mom for Mother’s Day. I have reached out to the seller and i have not received any message back. There is not tracking status on shipping. I’ve been very happy with Jane and all my previous orders but this one with this seller has me questioning if i buy from anyone else again. Be ware of this seller. Poor customer service and poor lack of quality for a business.

Still waiting... Ordered in plenty of time for Mother’s Day and have not gotten yet. I’ve sent two emails ad gotten no response.

Wonderful pillow shams. Ordered a total of 4 and they were loved by all.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered this on April 21st. It’s May 13th and I’m still waiting. It’s very confusing because the seller says it has shipped however the tracking is still not updated... I wouldn’t be as upset if the seller would’ve at least returned my email. Seems extremely unprofessional.

3 weeks later and I still have not received the item. I emailed seller and have not received a response. Very disappointed, it was a Mother's Day gift for my mom from her grandkids

I placed this order a month ago...for three Mother's Day gifts...and have YET to receive it.

Never received my item. I received a shipping notification, but when I try to track it, it says usps has not received the item. Very disappointed

I ordered this pillow case cover over two weeks ago and it said it was mailed nearly a week ago but there are still no tracking details. I have reached out to the seller and they have not responded to my emails.
