I ordered April 27th May 14th still no pillow cover was told in my first email I could give it as a gift anytime and that it was custom and had been made just wasn’t shipped.
I have still not received this item. I’ve emailed twice.
Absolutely beautiful and wonderful quality. I have already recommended to my friends!! I love it!
Have not received package. Reached out and never heard back. Was supposed to be a gift. Very unsatisfied.

It has taken an unreasonable amount of time to get. Apparently it still hasn’t even made it to USPS. Just annoyed.
I placed my order April 18th and on May 14th still had not received it.
Their shipping partner newgistics is the absolute worst. My item “shipped” on the 1st and didn’t move again until the 8th, and then sat again for 3 more days. My item was supposed to be here before Mother’s Day and it finally showed up 3 days after Mother’s Day when they finally took it to usps. I purchased two of them and only one arrived as well.
Still haven’t received my pillow cover I ordered for Mother’s Day and it has yet to ship.
Have not received. Ordered over a month ago. Update finally received order. Covers are nice. Just took too long to receive

Received after Mother’s Day and had May 12th as the date for the holiday when it was on May 10th.
Was told I would get this product by a certain date. Never got it. Emailed support and no one answered and still haven’t received the product.

Wish I could give 0 stars!! Ordered April 18th and still have not received my order. Said it would ship by May 5th. I got tracking information on May 6th, but as of today, May 13th, it still shows that it as "on its way to USPS." I've tried contacting the seller several times with no response. Very upset and just want a refund, but can't get seller to respond.

It never arrived
This item STILL has not arrived after a week of it being shipped it hasn’t left it’s facility. I have contacted the seller with no reply and can not get the item or my money back. DO NOT ORDER. I would change my review if my email was answer or the product was shipped or if my money was refunded.
