This was a hit for my mom and MIL!!

Ordered the last week of April. Says it shipped on May 7th yet tracking information hasn’t been updated. It’s May 17th and I still haven’t received the item. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift (which is what they advertised it for) so I’m extremely disappointed.

Ordered April 29. Says shipped May 7 but still no order received. Ordered 2 different covers from this seller on same day and have not received either. Emails go unanswered. Buyer beware.

Never received... ordered 3 weeks before Mother's Day for a girft, supposedly it was sent the day before Mother's day, but still havent received it a week and half later. Item was advertised as a gift for the holiday too. Also emailed twice with no responce.

They don’t even deserve 1 Star. Ordered on 4/19. Still waiting for item- which I don’t think is coming. Would NOT recommend.

Ordered this in April as a Mother’s Day gift. Still have not received it.

Ridiculous turnaround time. For 7 days, my order has been pending shipment. This was Mother’s Day gift for my daughter in-laws. I have contacted seller three times, no answer. I will be filing a dispute with my bank for charges incurred.

I still haven't received this but my credit card has been changed.

I still have not received my pillow cover, it has been over a month since I have ordered & 2 week since it has “shipped” tracking has not updated nor I have I received and email back from the company. Very disappointed because this was suppose to be a Mother’s Day present

Unfortunately, I don’t have a product to review at this time. But as the other reviews state, I am in the same boat. I ordered this on April 21st. Once it “shipped” May 5th, the tracking number never fully loaded. It’s now May 16th and I still haven’t received anything. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication.

I wish I could review this product but haven’t received it. Purchased April 25th. I’ve sent 2 emails to the company with no reply back. I understand things are taking longer to ship lately, but maybe an update from the company would be nice. Not sure how else to go about this!

Cute, cheap, well made

I ordered this item in 4/21 and have yet to receive it. The seller isn’t doing anything to assure me it will even be delivered. It was shipped on the 6th but no activity is showing under tracking info. First and Last purchase from Jane.

I cannot comment on the product itself but the company doesn't even deserve the 1 star i must leave. I have contacted them 3 times over the last month with no replies. The item did not ship by the date it said it would so I emailed the seller. Without replying, tracking was updated to 'shipped' as a label was printed. Then the items have never been picked up or received by USPS. I contacted again last week about the status or the order with no reply from the company. I contacted the company a third time this afternoon. I understand delays in this uncertain time but there is no reason to ignore a customer. I would like my money back as it has been almost month since I ordered and the products have still not been sent to me. I was very excited about this product but I will go with another company.

Ordered on 4/18. Got a email saying it was shipped on 5/7 and now tracking says it’s still on its way to the shipping facility....
