The pillow was printed incorrectly. They told me they would send a replacement and it hasn’t arrived. It was a Mother’s Day gift and Mother’s Day has passed. Disappointed.

I ordered this with the names of all the grandkids for my mom and she was very happy to receive it.
I ordered this product for Mother's day (I ordered 3 of them). It says they shipped on May 7th and still have not received them, USPS says they haven't received them either. My card was charged and the seller hasn't responded to my email from over a week ago.

Ordered 4/18 and still have not received! By the looks of the reviews either a whole shipment was lost in the mail or someone is really slacking! I’ve ordered from them before and every thing was great, but not this time!!!

I placed two separate orders. One turned out perfect but the other was incorrect. I reached out for it to be corrected and when I received it (which was after Mother’s Day), it was STILL incorrect! Only giving one star review because they refunded my money. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Looks very Good and nothing dangling that might get lost!!
I placed my order mid April and I haven’t received my product. I haven’t received any updates and when I reached out to seller just to verify that it’s has shipped, I didn’t receive a response. Poor customer service.

I ordered my item on April 17th for a Mother's Day gift and it is May 18th and I still have not received it. I don't understand why you would sell an item for Mother's Day when you can't get it to someone even a week after Mother's Day. Looking at the USPS tracking info it doesn't even look like USPS has the item so I am starting to wonder if this is a scam.
