I have not received this product. It said it would ship by May 11. According to tracking a label was created on the 15th, but nothing further.

I haven't received this yet and ordered on April 24th, no response back from the sellers either. I have no idea what the status of my order is...

Ordered April 23rd and still haven't received. Emailed seller 3x, no response. Finally got a response on their website and some excuse about how long it is taking their freight company. It was sent to the freight company on May 12 and has never been taken to USPS!!! They keep reassuring me that it will be here any day. Unacceptable and I will never order from them again...AVOID!!

I haven’t received it yet , why would you sell something for Mother’s Day that I haven’t received.

The pillow was printed incorrectly. They told me they would send a replacement and it hasn’t arrived. It was a Mother’s Day gift and Mother’s Day has passed. Disappointed.

I ordered this with the names of all the grandkids for my mom and she was very happy to receive it.

I ordered this product for Mother's day (I ordered 3 of them). It says they shipped on May 7th and still have not received them, USPS says they haven't received them either. My card was charged and the seller hasn't responded to my email from over a week ago.

Ordered 4/19 in hopes to have as a gift for Mother’s Day, it is 5/19 and still have not received. Hopeless customer service as well.

Ordered 4/18 and still have not received! By the looks of the reviews either a whole shipment was lost in the mail or someone is really slacking! I’ve ordered from them before and every thing was great, but not this time!!!

I placed two separate orders. One turned out perfect but the other was incorrect. I reached out for it to be corrected and when I received it (which was after Mother’s Day), it was STILL incorrect! Only giving one star review because they refunded my money. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I still haven’t received my product. I ordered in the middle of April. No excuse for this delay.
