It's been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven't received my "shipped" pillow. I reached out to jane.com customer support and they were very helpful but only so much they could do. The seller has yet to reply back to me with an update.
Ordered on April 25 and it’s still not here!
I ordered this over a month ago. Like other reviews state, it says it shipped WEEKS ago, but I still don’t have it. My only solace is knowing I am not alone in ordering from this vendor.
I purchased this item over a month ago. It was supposed to ship the 6th, which technically they made a label for it to. It keeps saying post office awaiting package. This was a Mother’s Day gift. When i emailed to inquire, I haven’t gotten a. Response in over a week.
Ordered April 27th and still haven’t received it :( I’ve received several other items I’ve ordered recently so I’m not sure what’s going on. Edit: on 5/22 I received a response email basically giving me the run around. They ended the email with “Looks like your package is on the move” I’m in TN and it went from Indiana to Georgia in a few days and has been in GA for a week with no movement at all. I will be giving it another week (because holiday weekend) before I email again if there’s no movement. I’m sad- I really want to like this but the shipment/customer service has not been the best :(
Wished I could have loved this more. Looks like someone took a black sharpie marker to a pillow case. The zipper also looks like it’s sat in someone’s storage for a long time and has “yellowed”. It looks irregular in color so it’s definitely not just an “ivory” zipper to blend in. Definitely doesn’t look professionally printed and it took a VERY long time to get here. Luckily this is a gift that isn’t needed until a much later date but now I know not to rely on this seller for anything that I may have needed within a reasonable timeframe. Bummer.

Was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift but I still haven’t received it (May 20th) and it hasn’t even been shipped out yet. I purchased one before this and it turned out great, the shipping timeframe for this one was just too long. Maybe seller sold too many to keep up with so I understand
Perfect Mother’s Day gifts more my mom and mother in-law. I had their grandkids names put on.
I still do not have this product. I’m sure it’s due to the high volume in deliveries but this seems a little longer than it should. So my review is solely based on the timing of the product. Maybe I’ll leave another review if I ever get it.
Still haven’t received even though i ordered a whole month before mother’s day, it’s been sitting at random check points for 3 days and hasn’t moved at all. it said guaranteed to deliver by mother’s day but it didn’t even ship out until a week after Mother’s day. really hoping it doesn’t have the wrong names etc like the other reviews state. definitely don’t recommend this company and i honestly think i deserve a refund.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service and timely response! I ordered this pillow on April 19, 2020 with the expected ship date of May 5. This was a Mother's Day gift and with the pandemic I fully prepared for it to be a few days late. As of May 20, 2020 I still have not received my order. In following up with the company, it shows my order being sent from Utah to now being in Indiana with it bypassing Nebraska completely for delivery. I tried to be patient with the shipping delays due to our current situation with Covid-19 and the shutdowns within our society, however I have ordered several other things since placing this order back in April and have had no troubles receiving these. I'm a bit perplexed as to what the issue is here as it makes no sense. Extremely frustrating!
