I have yet to even get this pillow. I have ordered from Jane many times and never had an issue till I made this purchase.

Never received the items. Company will not respond. Tracking number was sent on May 4th but has never updated or been picked up by USPS. This was a Mother’s Day gift. Very disappointed. Do not purchase from this company,

I’ve had this ordered this the beginning of May and I still have not received it. The tracking number is not working and I can’t get anyone to answer me back !

I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted them three times and no response. Tracking information isn’t working either.

I’ll be the first to admit that these took WAY too long to receive. Ordered on 4/20, item “shipped” on 5/6 and after 2 emails to the seller they finally arrived today, 5/21. Gave 4 stars because the quality is good, seller responded to my email promptly and I did eventually receive them. Thankfully these were just gifts to myself and I wasn’t particularly in a hurry. Just beware of shipping delays and order within plenty of time (month or more). Otherwise, they’re super cute and came as pictured!

I never received my order and the tracking isn’t working. Will someone contact me please.

I placed my order on April 25 it was shipped on May 11 today is May 21 I have not received my item.

This pillow cover was perfect. Great quality and so cute. Shipping did take a while to get here.

I can’t comment on the actual product because I am yet to receive it. I ordered this product on April 18 as a Mother’s Day gift, on May 10 I still hadn’t received it. They sent me someone else’s tracking number and then when they finally sent me the correct number I see that it was delivered at a front desk. They kept telling me it was delivered to me but the tracking says Utah, I called USPS to find out that it was sent back to the sender the same day because there was no postage. I sent a message to them and I am yet to get a response. It’s a shame it’s such poor customer service because the product is cute.

The pillow looks great (I had five names on mine) but shipping took WAYYY longer than it should have, which is why I only did three stars.

Ordered a month ago and still haven't received it

I order this on April 26 and still haven’t got it! Terrible shipping method. :/

I placed the order on 4/27 with “guaranteed delivery for Mother’s Day”. Although with the pandemic and with it being custom I was prepared for it to be a few days late. However, it was shipped on 5/8 and sat in their warehouse until 5/18. Finally received it 5/21. The pillow looks awesome and she loved it but the shipping was a little outrageous.
