Item turned out nice. However it took over a month to receive and the seller was not very responsive to my inquiries. It was a mother's day gift that was over a week late despite ordering it a month before.

Love it! Just received and thrilled with it

Its been over a month and I still don’t have this. The shipping the seller shared hasn’t moved in days.

Have not received this item even though they claimed it was shipped almost 10 days ago. I know the pandemic is slowing things down a bit, but there is no shipping activity listed after 5/15.

Ordered April 27.....shipped May 8th....today is May 20th and USPS still says awaiting package. NOT IMPRESSED...I shop on Jane.com a whole lot and this company I would highly NOT recommend.

I have yet to receive mine. It was ordered on 4/29 and I still don’t have it. You would think that if it shipped on 5/7 that it would be here. I sure hope it’s worth the wait because it was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift.

I ordered this item April 25, 2020. I still have not received it, today is May 19, 2020. I received an email on May 7th that the item had been shipped and a tracking number was included. There was no update on the tracking at all until May 13,14 & 16 all saying it was in UT or IN and "on its way". I am still hopeful to receive and love the pillow case, but I am very disappointed that I have yet to receive it or receive any helpful shipping info.

First, the pillow cover came out great! All of the names were on there and spelled correctly....no complaints there! But...... I ordered this item as one of my mom’s Mother’s Day gifts and it just came in today (May 19, 2020). The order was placed THREE weeks before Mother’s Day and it said it would ship BY May 5th. I was hoping it would ship sooner than that. I emailed them the night of May 5th because my order still said “Processing” instead of “Shipped”. The next day, I get an email saying the item was shipped, but never (and still haven’t) received a response from the seller. If you plan on ordering this to give as a gift, think hard before ordering! It sucks to have to shop last minute for a gift because your order didn’t arrive in time!

This item arrived a little over a week after Mother’s Day when it was a personalized Adam for Mother’s Day. I honestly don’t think you should sell a holiday item and it being ordered in time and not have it in time. Also it’s not even look nearly close to what I ordered and they got a name wrong!

Wrong size sent but still cute. Seller followed up.

I ordered these ahead of time for Mother’s Day presents. They shipped later than promised. They just arrived on May 19th. The pillow with 3 names is spaced out too much vertically between names and is in too small of a font. I wrote the seller hoping this would be fixed. Waiting on a reply. The pillow with 9 names looks good.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Still haven’t received my package that was “mailed” 13 days ago. Reached out to the seller with no response. Terrible customer service.

I would love to review this product... if only I received it. It’s been 4 weeks, and I’m still waiting.

Still haven't received it. Its been 10 days since it notified me it was shipped. No other notifications found. Would not recommend.
