Never received

Still haven’t received my product.

I finally received this product on Friday even though I ordered it for a Mother’s Day gift. I would have been pleased regardless but the postcard was misprinted. On the second line of the post card, it literally says “line 2” even though I obviously did not write that when I ordered it. I tried to email the company to see if I could get it reprinted but have not gotten any response. Very unsatisfied.

I placed my order mid April and I haven’t received my product. I haven’t received any updates and when I reached out to seller just to verify that it’s has shipped, I didn’t receive a response. Poor customer service.

I ordered my item on April 17th for a Mother's Day gift and it is May 18th and I still have not received it. I don't understand why you would sell an item for Mother's Day when you can't get it to someone even a week after Mother's Day. Looking at the USPS tracking info it doesn't even look like USPS has the item so I am starting to wonder if this is a scam.

Ordered for Mother’s Day, my Mom will love having a pillow with all the grandkids names.

The product I received had the wrong name on it. I have tried to reach out and have not heard back yet. I would be happy to change review if I get some help with this.

Ordered on April 23, per the product description it was supposed to ship "no later than Wed May 6", on the 7th the label was created but it still hasn't been received by USPS as of May 18th. Not sure that I am going to receive my order.

Ordered two pillow cases over a month ago and never received them.

It has been 4 weeks and still I haven’t received my item. I have emailed twice with no response. I am very discouraged because this was a Mother’s Day present and I ordered it with ample time to receive by the holiday, which has now passed. I am very displeased.

Placed order April 25 2020 still have not received merchandise .

I ordered this item over three weeks ago as a Mother’s Day gift. I have reached out to support multiple times because my item hadn’t moved from the 7th of May and I still haven’t heard from anyone where my package is. Who knows if I will even get them at this point.

This order shipped per tracking on April 26. I have not received it. Mother's Day has come and gone. I emailed saler but have not received a response

Still waiting for my order for over a month. Seller didn’t reply to my messages. Disappointing!

I loved this pillow so much that I ordered a 2nd one for my porch bench. I received my first pillow just about a week after I ordered it. I ordered my 2nd pillow on April 20th and to this day, May 17th, I still have not received it. Great pillow for the price, but don’t order it if you need it quickly!

Because I haven’t received it!
