Ordered on April 23, per the product description it was supposed to ship "no later than Wed May 6", on the 7th the label was created but it still hasn't been received by USPS as of May 18th. Not sure that I am going to receive my order.

It has been 4 weeks and still I haven’t received my item. I have emailed twice with no response. I am very discouraged because this was a Mother’s Day present and I ordered it with ample time to receive by the holiday, which has now passed. I am very displeased.

I ordered this item over three weeks ago as a Mother’s Day gift. I have reached out to support multiple times because my item hadn’t moved from the 7th of May and I still haven’t heard from anyone where my package is. Who knows if I will even get them at this point.

I loved this pillow so much that I ordered a 2nd one for my porch bench. I received my first pillow just about a week after I ordered it. I ordered my 2nd pillow on April 20th and to this day, May 17th, I still have not received it. Great pillow for the price, but don’t order it if you need it quickly!

Ordered the last week of April. Says it shipped on May 7th yet tracking information hasn’t been updated. It’s May 17th and I still haven’t received the item. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift (which is what they advertised it for) so I’m extremely disappointed.
